Service was poor drinks arriving separately a considerable time a part. Though waiting staff were friendly.
Service quickly went down hill we'd finished our main course and waited for the table to be cleared,
After 20 miniutes we asked for the table to be cleared and for the dessert menu.
The waiter said one minute 30 miniutes later no menus despite the waiter walking passed us several times.
My son decided we'd waited long enough and paid the bill.
On leaving we were stopped by staff saying the person taking the payment had put in the wrong amount. €117 should have been €177 he said.
This situation soon escalated after my son asked for an explanation.
He was confronted by four members of staff insisting on payment.
All talking mainly in Spanish my son asked for them to speak English which they didn't. My son asked for the Police to be called and for the person in charge.
Non of these happened One of the staff pushed my son asking for payment my grandchildren obviously got very upset.
The situation wasn't improving the said member of staff was aggressive to the point he started to take he's necklaces off and again confronted my son.
I had to go in between them several times to stop him.
At no point during this did we feel safe. We simply wanted an explanation and to be shown a actual bill for what they said was owning.
Four men surrounding one customer is a clear sign of aggression.
One customer felt the need to intervene by pushing the main staff aggressor away from my son.
The outcome we paid the extra but we still don't know if this was our correct bill.
The main aggressor followed us into the walk way. Shouting to my son you and me round the back now.
This situation could have been avoided with a simple explanation
Instead staff immediately surrounded us with a level of aggression of an unbelievable level
I have waited several days and thought about writing this review.
The staff at this place need to know that aggression towards customers isn't acceptable under any...

Just been in, 4 adults, 2 teens & 2 toddlers.
Ordered our food & drinks, came out staggered but not the worst, finished our mains & asked could our table be cleared & could we order desserts, told 1 minute, we then watched the same lad walking around the other side of the restaurant to avoid clearing our table/taking desserts, despite trying our best to get his attention.
Waited 10 mins & approached the bar, a lady told me to go to the till to the same lad who told me 1 minute, asked him for desserts, he again said 1 minute, I walked away but still nothing. Went back & asked for the bill, he printed a receipt & I showed him my card, he typed it in the machine & I paid, I thought end of story.
Gets to walking out the door & then a man approached my dad showing him a receipt claiming I’d underpaid, I asked what the problem was & he said again we’d underpaid showing me a receipt for €177 not €117 as they’d charged.
I explained the poor service we’d received & questioned how they could claim I’d underpaid when they typed in the digits, the ‘manager’ came over & said either pay immediately or we’d be charged another €300, I explained again the poor service, the avoiding clearing our table & not taking our order & suggested paying €30 of the €60 as a compromise.
Next minute I’m surrounded by 4 men, one of which was pushing me repeatedly, my dad tried to intervene & a lady customer, I told him do not touch me, he began taking his chains off & telling me to go around the back with him, things became very heated, I paid the remaining €60 & left, he continued to follow me down the street with two other men telling me he’s finished now go around the back or come back tonight, another member of staff had to restrain him.
Every other restaurant has always handed the receipt for inspection, on this occasion they didn’t.
I can’t help but feel scammed & if not, the violence & aggression shown is a serious...

We visited on September 17th with 5 people and a baby, after it was recommended by someone at Mur Mur. It turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had.
The problems started right away. We were seated in the back where there was a strong, unpleasant smell. The waiter literally threw menus and cutlery onto the table. He looked scruffy, with dirty nails and teeth — a terrible first impression, especially in a restaurant.
The food was unacceptable. A Nutella pancake with ice cream arrived cold with hard Nutella. When we asked for a fresh one, it was simply microwaved, melting the ice cream. After sending it back again, they served the same pancake with another one stacked on top. Meals never arrived at the same time. The steak was greasy, with potatoes that were hard and undercooked. The lasagna tasted like leftovers from the day before (not safe for a baby). The paella was bland. The bagel burger was mushy and soggy, and when we asked for another, the waiter admitted they had no more bagels and offered to put it on a normal bun instead. We canceled it.
The worst part: the kitchen was dirty. We could see a staff member washing glasses with his bare hands (no sponge) and they dragged in an old, dusty microwave. Nothing looked clean or safe.
In the end, we paid €92 for food and drinks we barely touched. We left hungry and went back to Mur Mur for fries.
This place is dirty, unprofessional, and serves terrible food. Save your money and go literally...
