Koko Beach Club Salou — Restaurant in Salou

Whilst on holiday, my little family and I relaxing in the pool, our 2 year old daughter, Hebe, quickly became friends with the owner of Koko Beach Club, Gregory, over a game of peekaboo.

After some silly conversation and giggles all around Gregory invited us to his Koko Beach Club with an offer of free Sangria and the best views in all of Salou.

We arrived just as the wind picked up, and we were treated with the free Sangria and warm blankets, we stayed for authentic thin and crispy pizzas, more Sangria, refreshing Mojitos and Little Hebe had a San Francisco mocktail.

Gregory insisted on me joining him for spicy whisky shots which completely cured my hangover and had Hebe and I dancing whilst her Mum enjoyed the cocktail and the beautiful evening views.

The Sun set at 8:35 and we all watched it together whilst taking photos.

From where we were staying, La Pinida, we couldn't see the sun rise and set. So making the trip to Koko Beach Club for the excellent food, company, drinks, dancing, complimentary Shisha and finally the breathtaking sun setting over the Serra del Montsià short-but-sweet mountain range, was by far the highlight of our holiday.

I moved to Salou from Barcelona in April this year and was desperately looking for a watering hole with great views to enjoy the sunset, relax and have a couple of drinks and a bite with friends or by myself. Yesterday, I found this place and knew my prayers were finally answered. With arguably one of the best views in Salou, this place is a big open terrace with outdoor seating sofas perfect to capture the magnificent Salou sunset. With 180° views of the sea from Platja dels Capellans right through to the main beaches in Salou, this is a must visit if you are tired of all the activity and energy Salou has to offer and just want to sit back, relax and have a memorable moment with friends and family. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE SCAMMED!! Selling tickets to a roof top/pool party . Very expensive tickets . Was not worth the money .It wasnt a pool party at all. It was a free entry bar on top of a hotel .Bar there charging my group triple the actual prices . Over charging everyone 100 euro for a bottle of vodka , and 30 euro for a bottle of red wine. but local people were getting charged as normal. Charging ibiza prices.
