Very disapointed. Went there, although it was overcrowded (despite of pandemics) we saw some empty tables with no sign "reservation" we were waiting that someone of personnel will pay attention to us. Nothing. We sat at the table, waited another 5 minutes, althoug waiter was passing by he did not mantion anything. Afterwards, the waitress came and said that the table is already reserved. Guys, you could perform much better. Ignorance is the worst thing that can happen at hospitality, particularly in Spain where usually hospitality is at the highest level. This is edited comment - edited after the owner published their comment (after two years - that tells a lot how much do they care about the clients and customer service:) ) - the place was crowded and the table were very close; however, they did not find any place for us. Does anyone see a difference in these pictures? I ordered the Entrecote from the English menu, where no bone is mentioned. When it came I was quite surprised and asked if it's actually what I've ordered. So the friendly staff showed me the picture from the Spanish menu, which made me feel like an idiot. I would never have ordered it that way. It wasn't even close to the picture of the spanish manu. Basically surrounded by bones. But I gave it a try. The meat itself was also very bad and far from medium. I wasn't able to cut most parts of it with a steak knife. Maybe a dog could have chewed that leather. In fact there was maybe 50-100g of enjoyable meat. Nobody ever tried to find out what the problem was. Ruined the...

The food was quite good, but unfortunately, the service was the worst we could have experienced. The kitchen closed at 11 pm, despite our request for extra tapas, and then they informed us that they couldn't serve a dessert that was already prepared in front of us. Service is crucial, and in this case, it was just awful. We enjoyed the food but the experience overall was disappointing. The problem came from any of the waiters had any communication about the closing hours or timings for food. Definitely we would had a completely different experience if they had told us when the kitchen was or the sweets were...
