Patio Canario — Restaurant in San Bartolomé de Tirajana

We were here around 4 o'clock so it wasn't too crowded. Spanish music played in the background. We ordered 5 different dishes: * The grilled fish was very good and fresh. The Pork Cordon Bleu, which was just as good (but unnecessarily poured with sauce), with grilled vegetables (vegetables could sit on the grill a little longer). Grilled Pork steak topped with Onion & mushroom sauce & Canarian potatoes and salad, I would say no 1 dish, so delicious! ....... And the unfortunate Macaroni Bolognese (penne pasta with bolognese was served. The name of the type of pasta could have resulted from a wrong translation) pasta over cooked but edible, unfortunately- I do not recommend the bolognese sauce which was very greasy and too sweet ( - 1⭐) A perfect set of nuggets with fries ate by the youngest one with smile - kids menu. Nice service, especially applause for Gianluca, who was very polite, smiling and professional. At the end he offered us a glass of shots. Prices are affordable, we will come...

⚠️MOLD in the food⚠️

The food was very good until I saw a dark spot on the fries I had. I thought it might be some of the fries that got burned and I ate it. Thats when I discovered that it was without a doubt mold. I spit it out and I told the server. He tok the napkin with the mold-food-spit and disepared. Then another server, the rudest women ever, came to tell me that it was imposible and that I was wrong for even suggesting such a thing. She got really aggressive and she adressed my boyfriend insted of me. She went into the kitchen and back with the cheese they used and started digging in it infornt of us to show us how wrong I was. She then went back into the kitchen, never to be seen again.

It was a really bad and uncomfertable experience. Not believed about an issue with the food, yelled at and shamed for even bringing it up. Would...

Comida muy simple, poca cantidad para el precio que cobran en el menú. El servicio está bien y el sitio no está mal. Pero calidad-precio no merece la pena.

Contestando a su respuesta. Esa es la respuesta fácil de todos los restaurantes que dan de comer así, para lo que cobro que quieres que te dé.... Pues ese es el motivo por el que todos los turistas van con hotel y todo incluido por qué ya que comen mal por lo menos le dan variedad. Así os pasa cada año tenéis menos clientes hasta el punto que estáis cerrando casi todos. Solo hay que darse una vuelta y ver qué de los que habían hace 10 años ahora quedan el 30% por su filosofía. Ya que el menú consiste: Macarrones cocidos, dejados en agua. Les plantan tomate frito encima sin ni una sola especie y sin queso. Vamos macarrones de piso de estudiantes ( cuesta el mismo precio hacer salsa casera que un bote de tomate frito ) Ensalada con el tomate pasado y la lechuga vamos ni para que coma el canario se la doy yo. De segundo la tortilla en Madrid te aseguro que de aperitivo con una cerveza te ponen más cantidad, estaba seca, sin huevo y super pasada de cocción. ( La tortilla lleva huevos eso no lo inventé yo, no solo es meterle patata) Seguimos? Papas arrugadas. Simples patatas cocidas no se hacen, las papas arrugas se cuecen con poca agua ( pero es más fácil llevar la cacerola de agua y te despreocupadas) Lasaña tomate frito el mismo que el de los macarrones, seca, fría por dentro y el plato hirviendo. Puedo resumir mi reseña, no es un restaurante para comer si no para quitarte el hambre. Y si te aseguro que en mi casa y en cualquier restaurante de Madrid con 11€ te dan comida casera y no con una Cocacola de tamaño de avión. Si no con vino y casera. Pero conozco el pensamiento de los sitios de guiris... Si total para que molestarme si este guiri no va a volver, antes era así, pero hoy en día con internet solitos os cerráis puertas. Os sorprende por qué los restaurantes estáis cerrados y los guiris compran hotel con todo incluido. Es de lógica.

Poner menú de 11,50€ y ofrecer esa comida indicando que por ese dinero que te voy a dar de comer. Pues con esa mentalidad dudo mucho que sigan abiertos en unos años. Seguiras el camino de todos los de playa del ingles con cartel. SE...
