Went in on a Friday night, great act on, good waiter service, reasonable price alcohol. Went in following night for food, pork chops were raw inside, pepper corn sauce not even warmed up! Sent back, returned same meal , chops now cooked but rest of meal now cold! How many times do you have to complain about the meal? My wife ate most of the pork chops as she was obviously hungry, the rest was the original meal, cold! Most restaurants would serve a completely new meal! Since my original post the owner has replied with a very personal insult and even investigated my profile, nice guy! Ate only the chops, tried to refuse to pay for that meal, waiter was abusive, threatened Police etc. My lasagne was burnt underneath as well lol! Don’t bother eating there is my advice, definitely a nice establishment but needs a new chef and more consideration for customers complaints instead of insults! All we requested was a €13 discount for the terrible meal, probably the 3rd time in my life I’ve had to ask for that. Arrived early, only a few tables taken. No smoking sign on staff Wooden trolley/desk so assumed venue was non smoking (we werent asked if we wanted a smoking section and there was plenty of space wheb we arrived) yet ended up surrounded with smokers after we ordered food so unable to move.

Ordered Mexican sharing platter, one of the wings was cold, unable to notify staff as they were everywhere dealing with others. If we had a follow up asking how our meal was we could have mentioned but by the time the plates were cleared, it was cold anyway.

Best part of the meal was the dessert.

Singer started half way through meal, said it wasn't a karaoke show then got others up to duet - one bloke did a better job that the singer - shame he didn't sing all night.

I was there for the second time, the first one was in the first week you opened, it was good only the sauce was cold. Today, by sitting at the table, the waiter gave a faulted menu. We ordered drinks, 1 red wine and 1 sparkling water, and received still water. We ordered shrimps in boiled oil, and they were overcooked. Asked for new ones, they were good. Then I ordered entrecote with chips and mushrooms sauce. Sauce was cold, chips weren't chips but round cut potatoes. My friend had sol with chips ordered but had an overcooked fish and round cut potatoes. Vegetables were raw and burned.
