Visited here last night with my Husband and my two Teenagers. Manager was very rude we felt rushed and not welcomed at all He made a mistake with the dessert and then made us wait a while before correcting it. He was coughing at the table and snorting up which really turned out stomachs. The young waiter Steven was very helpful polite and tried his best to make us feel comfortable but the manager sent him to the kitchen so he couldn't talk to us. The food was just okay however not fresh the garnish was wilted and stale. The Lasagne was mainly thick layers of cheese and pasta and very little meat I have had better from Tesco My Husband got a mixed meat dish which looked like it was the left overs of someone else's plate he was not given a plate and had to eat it from the platter. When we asked for the bill the manager came straight over with a card reader and waited over us not giving us chance to check it then says to my Husband I can add tip to Card which we felt was very rude my Husband said I'll tell you if I'm giving a tip or not. Just a very Rude Manager and just okay food Would not...
Read moreWatch out - they present net prices in the menu which is not legal (look at the photo of our bill, all the prices are not round - entrecote price in the menu is €19.50). This is what the internet says about it: In some countries, adding VAT (known in Spanish at IVA) is standard, but in Spain the law is clear. The price on the menu should be the price that you pay: even if a bar or restaurant say ‘VAT not included’ on their menus, tourists in Spain should not be asked to pay any extra charge. If there is any additional tax added to your bill then you have the right to refuse to pay it. Apart from the bill discrepancies, the food was not so great, the restaurant was pretty busy - the waiters were stressed, it took forever to get the food. We liked the restaurant from one year before so we had high hopes for it (cheers to the German waiter, I hope you are ok!) and the whole experience (long wait, busy waiters, extra bill charges) was unfortunately a...
Read moreHonestly, I can't sing the praise of this restaurant enough. My husband and I were visiting Tenerife and looking for a restaurant to have dinner. The waiter saw us trying to make our minds up and invited us to read their menu.
It looked interesting so we decided to sit there for a meal. The Internet signal was poor but they immediately offered us their WIFI password which was great.
We were then served the amazing pizza bread, warm and delicious. We were torn regarding what meal to order but the waiter came over to assist. Even when my husband decided to change his meal choice after placing an order, it was not an issue at all.
The food was so delicious that we ended up ordering another main course to share. Topped up with a selection of whiskey and or baileys shots on the house.
Honestly, nothing negative about that night at all. Highly recommended...
