The Great Wall Restaurant — Restaurant in San Miguel de Abona

A delightful Chinese Restaurant located in San Blas Tenerife.

Friendly attentive staff that served delicious Chinese food. The menu was both extensive and sensibly priced, as was the bottle of red house wine.

The restaurant has two entrances, one wheelchair accessible from the main street of San Blas, this entrance is also the nearest to the free on street car parking.

The second entrance is at the rear, this entrance has steps as part of a tiered entertainment area comprising of other restaurants and bars.

There is plenty of room and tables inside and they also have a covered outside terrace too. The inside lighting is complimented with Blue strip lights and it is these lights that give the photographs the Blue tint.

I am sorry but after reading these reviews I was shocked . Can't believe all the good reviews we where totally disappointed. We had the mixed starter for 2 . It was extremely greesy and over cooked. Infact the prawn toast was swimming in grease. The spring rolls were extremely basic. And I've never had deep fried crab sticks before on a mixed starter. We then had duck and pancakes the duck was nice but homemade pancakes very stodgy. We then had 2 mains again which were swimming in fat. So disappointed especially after reading the reviews will unfortunately not be returning. Must say though it is a shame as the staff are lovely and...

Visited yesterday for the first time in four years. It was busy to be honest but we were dissopointing ordered starters for two these were piping hot looks like they came straight out of a microwave which seemed to be in heavy use. This was followed by the duck and soup duck was very dry obviously been cooked well before. The soup was okay. The main course of vermicelli was not very nice. The waiter was polite and the lager was good. Will only visit again if reviews are more favorably. I'm sorry to leave a poor review but this is my honest...
