AVOID.

Staff is extremely rude, drinks are stale, being obvious they weren't prepared when we ordered, and the pizzas, along with the pastas, are awful. One of the worst "italian" restaurants I've ever been to.

We came here without making a reservation since it wasn't clear whether we needed one, and the receptionist/server practically threw us out. We actually came back a different day (big mistake) with a reservation, and, after recognizing us, she said, rudely, almost blocking us at the entrance, that we needed a reservation. All that while there were multiple tables (almost half the restaurant) vacant. A different server brought us to our table, which was a pretty crampy place with the ceiling almost touching us. Amazing.

We then begun to order. 2 pizzas, 1 pasta and 1 risotto, along with a "sangria" to share. The pizzas were awful, having almost no topping nor taste, despite the innumerous amount of ingredients in the description. I can absolutely say that Domino's would serve you much better.

The pasta was, impressively, average, generic, with nothing popping out. The most edible of all.

The risotto, which was supposed to be a risotto di vongole, did not have actual vongole. They had translated it badly and put in a different type of clam in it, probably intentionally to save costs, since it had zero taste and was much similar to an oyster, tasting like seawater. In the end, the risotto was basically just riso, pure rice, and the kind of rice you get bored off of in 2 seconds. I say that because, there was nothing but rice on that plate, nothing else. And even if you wanted to eat the "seafood" they put in, there wasn't enough to accompany the rice. We left half of the plate, disgusting.

As for the sangria, if you can even call it that, was basically stale juice and some fruits that had been obviously sitting there all day long. It came too fast to have been prepared then anyway.

As for the server, she basically put every plate so carelessly on the table anyone on the restaurant could hear it being smashed from all the way to the entrance.

When we finished eating, we sat there talking for a few minutes about how bad it all was, just for the server to suddenly bring the bill to the table without anyone asking. WHAT??? They basically wanted us to get the hell out so they could be done with it. WHAT THE F*?!

Truly disgusting. DO NOT TRUST THE AMOUNT OF REVIEWS THIS "RESTAURANT" HAS. Awful place, awful location, the décor is falling apart inside, the food is awful, and the staff is one of the worst I have ever...

This review is for my english brothers. I can't even begin to describe the experience we had there. We entered to an underground restaurant which had an albeit nice atmosphere but had an air of "budget restaurant". We took our seats and saw that the cutlery was dirty. When it was time to order the food, we placed our orders and asked for the cutlery to be changed. They came back with even dirtier cutlery. We had to ask them to change it so many times it looked as if we were gambling on the cutlery being clean. The food came and it was not bad at all. One of the people who was with me (whom I shall not disclose their role in the family nor their name) wanted an "Arrabiata penne" pasta and asked for it to not be too spicy, for usually they are spicy. However once the food comes, it was spicy as hell. And don't even get me started on the wait times. We had spent 1 hour in the restaurant just waiting and only 10 minutes actually eating. We ordered the dessert menu and waited even more. We the got our desserts and they were alright. When it came time to get the bill and pay, we waited again. We tried to get the waitress' attention but she never even gave a glance at us. We waited so long that every customer was leaving now that it would be closing hours soon. When we finally got the bill, we were shocked at the price. 100 euros, for not bad food you'd expect to be maximum 50 euros total. This restaurant has diminished my thoughts on restaurants and is a reason why I stay at home to eat. For those wondering, we...

Terrible experience! I would give this place an “F” for complete Failure. When they brought the Fettuccine Gamberi, it was something a teenager cooked! There was very few shrimp, hardly any garlic, it was missing a 3rd ingredient, and only had bland noodles, but there was absolutely no fettuccine sauce whatsoever!! The waitress brought Parmesan cheese to sprinkle but that was not going to resuscitate this back to a better meal. My wife had the classic lasagna which looked good, but the meat tasted strangely different, similar to horse meat, and had only one visible layer of lasagna noodles throughout. We asked for water for both of us and the waitress brought only one small bottle for each of us to share. However, we noticed others seated nearby who had a pitcher of water on their tables and we looked at each other in disbelief. We also panned tables around the room and it seemed everyone ordered pizza. The service was lacking as well. When asked if we wanted a dessert, we denied. As tourists, both of us were extremely disappointed and would advise others to find a different Italian restaurant in San...

They are in the top 5 of the worse pizzerias I have been in my life! 👎🏼 1- at the reception the Staff was speedy and unfriendly. No discussion they did not want to give us a good table while the restaurant was empty. Who wants to be in front of the desk and the entrance ? 2- while Waiting we noticed that now one from the cooking staff was wearing a hair protection while they had very long hanging hair. One of them was putting tomato sauce with his hands on the pizzas he was making. 3- ordering and serving was fast. Resta was empty. We ordered a margarita a cannelloni and a Melanzane pizza. The pizzas were bad the dough seems similaire to a frozen pizza (I saw them preparing the dough with there hand) The tomato sauce is not fresh but from a cans. Taste below zero. The cannelloni was a roll of dry dough including meat. On top of it a bit of tomatoes sauce and a lot of cheese. Taste below zero. No one from us finished his meal we left immediately. This is a shame to serve such a junk food in a beautiful city center such San Sebastián 😢

I dislike writing bad reviews as I know it can effect the restaurant and have far reaching consequences with people's livelihoods, so the restaurant looks great and has a good atmosphere, all services were good and helpful, but sadly my pizza fell far short of even passable, the bread bass was tasteless and I would say overworked, very little in the way of tomato sauce and was dry and again no taste then the cheese was too much and not nice the whole thing just tasted like cream cheese, so gets a big fat zero from me. (just to say I was a pizza chef many years ago and we made it from just ingredients) So we may have just had a bad experience everyone else's meals looked fine a smelled okay whilst we waited for our takeout, But we had 2 small slices and put the rest in the bin
