Looks lovely from the outside but once you've been there and try their products it feels like a complete rip off. Bad coffee, bad baked goods and waiters who cannot remember your order after reminding them three times. cheap version of a formula that : The Loaf tries to replicate a formula that seems to have succeeded in other places in San Sebastian but here it doesn't succeed. The staff is super friendly!

The coffee is decent, and croissant I had lovely and flaky.

It might have been time of the day, or because there was a marathon on the day I visited, but the selection seems a bit limited, and nothing that really would stand out versus other coffee shops/cafes/bakeries... hence the 3 stars.
