The service was not good, the cheese plate was minimal, the wine was mediocre. The tables are outside and it's set up nicely in a nice area. I don't know if it was because I was alone or maybe because I was speaking English but the waiter with the grey beard, an older guy, with a belly was really dismissive and unkind. And he directed the waiter that was serving me and being helpful and kind, he was a young handsome fella to go away. The young waiter was trying to find the price for a bottle of wine for me and the other guy was like forget it just say €28 so I just bought a cup for €4. The cheese board was literally five pieces of cheese and they weren't even sliced generously. It had pieces of figs, a soft sugar coated fruit and a few pumpkin seeds. The only thing that was delicious was the €5 small glass of cuban mojito sorbet. That drink was tasty but small. I would not go back to this...

Dinner was fine, the canary island Tinto was good, the cheeses were good the grilled cuttlefish was excellent. Service was fine except for one waiter who was just plain rude (older gentleman 171cm tall and bald) he threw our plates on the table and left without comment didn't reply when we thanked him for his service (in Spanish) initially made us move tables because of a 'reservation' that never materialized etc... Not sure what we did to deserve that treatment, like I said everyone else including the younger waiter and the gentlemen who seemed to be the manager (beard) was polite and attentive. Wouldn’t go there again if I had to deal with...

There are so many mixed reviews we decided to come and try it for ourselves and more so because we were celebrating a special birthday. The staff were friendly and helpful. We shared the five cheeses platter, rabbit croquettes and langostinos, truffle ensaladilla and all was very different and rich with flavours. I had the local red wine and my wife had the white wine. A basket of different breads and ham arrives with your drinks which you do pay for. The prices are above the normal but for a treat and indeed something different for your palate then it is well worth a visit. Thank you to the staff for making us feel very...

Buen provecho, repetiremos!!.
