What an amazing restaurant 😍. Incredible creations by this chef. We were not offered the possibility between the normal and the extended menu (it was the “normal” menu by default which contained 7 (or was it 8) dishes.since the weather was really nice they were only serving outside (great choice) the restaurant is located in a more quiet part of the town, so it’s almost completely silent outside. The staff goes great lengths to offer you a Michelin level experience, and if you are at some point tired of the more typical Spanish dishes which are offered in about every other Segovian restaurant: go here!!!! Price will be 60 euro for the 7 course menu, add 18 euro for accompanying wines (they top up almost unlimited, and wine pairing is really great with the food), and 3,5 euro for water service. Certainly all worth its money. The only shame I found this restaurant to be only having 2 other couples as guest that evening (and this was a Saturday night) the place should be packed...

One of my favourite restaurants I’ve ever visited, the atmosphere is almost magical located in a former convento, it matches the vibes of Segovia and the Food is incredible very similar to an Omakase experience that I had in Japan, dishes are very delicate but powerful in flavours, the way they cook fish or other dishes is very creative and is an experience on its own, but the best thing about the restaurant is the service which is very classic and professional it makes you feel like being back in time in a good way!

Day trip to Segovia and heard great things about this restaurant. It did not disappoint! Our party of 4 did the gran menu which is 10 courses and added a seemingly unlimited amount of local wines. The venue was spectacular, the staff was spot on, and more importantly the food was delicious. Highly recommend! As an aside, for reservations a money transfer is required to the reataurant but it cannot be CC.
