Terrible service. My partner and I bought a drink at the bar around 12am. For a Friday night it was very quiet in there with no one under the age of 40 (just for context, of course there is nothing wrong with that). We live just behind the bar (1 minute walk) so when a drink was accidentally spilled on me we thought it was no big deal to run home and get changed. On arriving back, we were told we had to pay €10 entry. The bouncer was very rude and even though he had just let us in shortly before, he refused to engage with us at all when we tried to explain. Another worker pulled us aside and said we should have asked the bouncer for a stamp when leaving the premises if we wished to return, however, no one was being stamped when we entered or left the bar. We were just expected to ask without any indication? It was ludicrous. This man was extremely rude and inconsiderate, he even tried to insinuate we were drunk, which we most certainly were not after only having one drink. They then let two Spanish women in without any hesitation and without stamps. Such a shame, especially when we knew the bar was not busy and is certainly not what I would call a club (and therefore terrible to be charging such a price). There was no need for such animosity. DESAGRADABLE. Esta es la opinión que merece este bar.

Estaba siendo una noche buena cuando mi pareja se acercó al DJ a pedir una canción. Éste reaccionó de una forma violenta, vulgar, irrespetuosa, primitiva, desagradable y totalmente agresiva. Fundamentaba que mi pareja le llamaba 'mentiroso' ya que la canción ya se había puesto; lo que éste individuo no tuvo la capacidad de entender es que nosotros habíamos llegado al bar hace 5-10 minutos. Él la increpó de forma muy agresiva, haciendo grandes gesticulaciones con los brazos, con vejaciones y un tono totalmente impropio para una persona de más de 50 años. Ni mencionar que trabaja en un lugar de ocio donde jamás podría dirigirse así a un cliente.

Una vez arruinada la noche de mi pareja (y la de todos) me acerqué a pedirle explicaciones y que se disculpe por la forma con la que se había dirigido a ella; pero se ve que no tuvo el mismo valor conmigo, por lo que además de una actitud cobarde, es machista.

Cargados de impotencia, decidimos salir a tomar aire. Pasados 5-10 minutos, volvimos a buscar explicaciones y unas disculpas por lo que pedimos hablar con el encargado. De pie en la entrada del bar, simplemente se limitó a decirnos que iba a hablar con él cuando terminara su turno; sin ofrecernos ningún tipo de solución y con una actitud totalmente pasiva. Así es como responde este local frente a situaciones de agresión y abuso de poder.

Añadir que he visto al DJ responder de forma similar a otra chica que se acercó a pedirle una canción. El hombre que permite el acceso a la zona del DJ puede corroborarlo ya que, antes de pedirle explicaciones al propio DJ, me afirmó que no sabe por qué trató tan mal a mi pareja (tampoco intervino de forma activa, se limitó a mirar). Esta actitud reiterada también se la comenté al presunto encargado y le fue totalmente indiferente. A saber cuántas veces más lo habrá hecho el DJ durante la noche.

Una vergüenza el DJ y la respuesta del bar frente a estas situaciones.
