The owner replied on my review on booking same review I did put here and I will comment on their answer;

When you arrived and saw that the pool was cold you started to complain about everything , it is completely unfair to make us responsible of your false expectations about the apartment. As we explained many times it is impossible for us to heat the pool with low temperatures and short days. We don’t offer heated pool or jacuzzi as you asked in this period of the year.. It is written everywhere on booking, if you didn’t want to read it, it’s not our fault. You can even find on booking that pool is close at this period of the year. -- When we arrived was the middle of the night, we only knew it after we woke up Saturday morning that the pool was cold and we don’t see any text on booking about what you say.

We maintain clean the pools all year round as we feel that is always more enjoyable to have a terrace with a clean pool than a dirty one. Concerning cleaning we are rated 9,2 in 658 comments, so many people can not be wrong. We tried to clean your apartment twice and you were always behind the cleaning lady not even letting her alone for one second in the apartment asking her to use bleach everywhere ( we only use eco products) . -- We were sitting on the terrace when they came to clean so we didn’t bother them in their work and we didn’t ask the cleaning lady anything to do with bleach as we bought bleach ourselves... And when we left we did put our trash outside in the bins for it across the street.

You even asked to see the stock of the linen and towers to check how it came from the laundry as you believed we were using same bed linen from one guest to each other. -- We didn’t ask to see it, you said that you wanted us to show that it came clean from a company after we showed you the pictures about the dirt and hair.

On the other hand you did not bother to use coffee mugs as ashtray even when is completely forbidden to smoke. -- there wasn’t an ashtray, maybe provide one and smoke was on the terrace never inside!

Tap Water is completely drinkable in Sevilla we don’t understand your comment about water. Depending of the season we offer different kind of complimentary welcome packs in your case 2 drinks, coffee, tea and candies. -- there was no drinks, only coffee, tea and candies.

We offer free cleaning every3- 4 days for long stays ( your stay was 9 days not 10 as you wrote) and we pass every day to refill paper toilet. -- If you bring everyday toilet paper, then why did we have to buy it from shop? We booked from 17 till 26, so 10days/9nights

We are always available if a guest needs anything during the stay. Some apartments have less light than others that is completely true( ground floor apartment 01) , but you have a wide choice of duplex apartments, balcony …to choose from if you are seeking for brightness in a city like Sevilla. Guest love main patio apartments during hot spring and summer days even if they have less light than alameda or street view. As we explained you before we tried to make the best stay possible for our guests but sometimes it is impossible even if we try to. -- All we stated is not a lie, so if you tell on every bad comment that people lie and you reply with some lies, who is...

When we arrived, the apartment wasn’t clean. Dirt and hair in bed, sofa and floor. Even the remote was dirty. (check the pictures). Had to clean this at 2:30 in the night. There was no bottle of water, so we needed to go buy drinks in the middle of the night. Bought bleach to clean the toilet and shower. Bedroom view is inside so almost no natural light and terrace has no view outside either. We took this place because it has a pool so we could do a birthday, but there is no warm water for it. So we couldn’t use the pool as the water was way too cold. Inside it was cold, the thermostat was on at 25 but it wasn’t working. The place got cleaned 2 times in a stay of 10 days and changed bedlinen and towels which should be more. They didn’t refill the toilet paper so we bought it ourselves from the shop. The owner came by, and we explained our dissatisfaction and she explained the bedlinen and towels are cleaned via a company, but we still did find hair and dirt in clean towels and bedlinen. She told us that normally they come clean 1 time and in the summer it is more expensive (500€/night) because then the pool has warm water. We paid around 1100€ for our stay. No slippers and no bathrobes. This should be mentioned in the details that the pool isn’t warmed. She knew she was not going to win the argument, so she left without even saying sorry... We expect more from an expensive place like this and it is a waste of money. Booked it to fast with not reading all the reviews. Nothing what they will reply on this review will change the fact that many complained about cleanliness, cold pool and no natural light + no view. And we didn’t ask for a refund because on booking was written that there was no refund possible. I don’t...

Nous avons réservé 3 nuits avec des collègues dans cet établissement très propre et bien situé.

À l'issue de la première nuit, le propriétaire nous a demandé de partir et nous annonce que notre réservation est annulée. Nous explique que nous ne respectons pas ses règles et donc il ne nous veut plus en tant que client.

Nous nous ne sommes pas opposé à sa volonté, étant donné qu'il ne respecte lui-même pas les règles de l'hospitalité : Accueil, politesse et honnêteté.

Pas de bonjour, menace d'appeler la police au premier avertissement parce que nous parlions la fenêtre ouverte, annonce d'une résidence avec une piscine qui est en fait réservé à un seul appartement et qui mesure 1m²…(à la rigueur cela n'est pas trop grave)

Cela aurait pu s'arrêter là, car nous avons réussi à trouver un autre hébergement. Mais le propriétaire a tout de même encaissé l'argent des 3 nuits + la caution alors qu'aucun état des lieux a été fait. Alors que nous avions, malgré la situation désagréable, rendu les appartements rangés et avec la vaisselle du petit déjeuner faite. Nous avons porté réclamation, mais le propriétaire a coupé son téléphone au moment de se justifier auprès du service...
