We do not understand how this place has such good ratings - our experience was very disappointing. We had the tasting menu, which started with a potato salad that was drowned in mayonesse. The second dish was a tomato soup that tasted like a cheap Lidl sauce - no flavour at all! The octopus that was in the soup was definitely not fresh and ruined everything. The third dish - croquettes- were so fattening that after we were basically not in the mood to eat anymore. The following dish was a fish that was totally oversalted, which was only toped by the overcooked duck that concluded the disaster - We kindly declined the desert… At least the wines that came with the dishes were good! The experience is hard to explain since they do seem to have very good ratings overall! It looked as if they had a major issue in the kitchen or with the cook that evening (16.04.2022) which was noticeable by the nervous service personal and strange appearance of the kitchen that looked as if something was leaking heavily…

I regret to give just 4 out of 5 for the service, since the staff looked very professional and spoke good English. Still, this is about my reflections and I trust there's a room for improvement. First, they placed me at the very end next to the kitchen door, which was very disturbing all the time. Moreover, there was a trash bin to my nearest observation (while the rest of tables in the room remained unoccupied). Why did they do so? I don't know. Secondly, I refused bread, but they offered again, insisted, I didn't want to make any offense, tried a piece and... got it i to my bill included. Not fair in my opinion. Overall, big thanks to the chef. The food was delicious!

My wife and I took the tasting menu which whilst being very reasonably priced (55 euro for 6 courses and wine pairing for each course) was also mouth-wateringly delicious. Our host Francisco took excellent care of us and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the food and wine. We ended our evening with a quick look at the adjacent hotel courtyard. Will definitely return next time we are in Seville!

I have been sick after eating at this place. We tried the degustation menu which I do not recommend at all. Most food seemed to come straight out of the freezer, or prepared very much in advance. No explanation on the dishes whatsoever, dishes were brought one after the other at a very fast pace. The seasoning was, for a lack of better word, atrocious: ridiculously salty fish, tons of mayonnaise in the starter salad. The meat was completely overcooked. The sauces were watery and weirdly bi-phased. There seemed to be a major problem in the kitchen, when the revolving door opened we could see the floor was muddy and covered with dirty cloths as if there was a major leak, and the waiters (who were in general very polite, on a positive note) seemed anxious. I started to feel very sick after 1h30 spent there and had to skip the desert to go get some air. I strongly recommend to...
