Mala experiencia, producto incorrecto y trato irrespetuoso por parte del “camarero” PEPE

Tuve una experiencia totalmente insatisfactoria que me gustaría compartir. Primero, había pedido gamba de Huelva pero lo que me sirvieron fue gamba blanca, un producto de calidad inferior y totalmente diferente a lo que pone la carta. Esto me pareció un engaño, ya que no se me advirtió de la sustitución.

Lo que hizo aún más desagradable la situación fue el trato del “camarero” PEPE cuando fui a pagar la cuenta. El total era de 25,20€, y al intentar pagar con un billete de 100€, PEPE me dijo que no podía aceptarlo porque, según él, debía consumir al menos 50€ para poder pagar con ese billete. Le pregunté amablemente dónde estaba esa política escrita y, en lugar de darme una respuesta clara, simplemente me dijo que no tenía tiempo para discutir y que solo podía pagar con tarjeta o con un billete más pequeño. Le expliqué que no tenía tarjeta y que solo disponía de ese billete, pero no fue capaz de ofrecerme ninguna solución razonable.

La situación empeoró cuando este individuo me pidió que dejara mi DNI en el restaurante y me enviara a “buscarme la vida” para conseguir un billete más pequeño. Ante esta absurda solicitud, me negué rotundamente, y al final, PEPE aceptó el billete de 100€, pero la vuelta me la lanzó dentro de un cubilete de madera como si fuera un proyectil, lo que no solo me sorprendió, sino que me pareció una falta de respeto total hacia un cliente que solo intentaba pagar su cuenta. (Semejante salvajada hizo que unos clientes que acaban de sentarse al lado, decidieran marcharse diciéndo: “Nos vamos, eso no es así”)

Este tipo de actitud por parte de un camarero es completamente inaceptable, y es una lástima que un restaurante con un producto que podría ser bueno se vea empañado por un servicio tan desagradable. ALELUYA!!!! I'm from Seville and I love our beer, Cruzcampo. But I find it really tiring that about 95% of bars here only serve that brand.

So Guadalquibeer is a brand from Seville, and they have 5 different beers on tap, price is almost the same as the popular brand, but this beer taste and feels much much better.

It's a decent place and definitely worth a visit, but there are definitely better places in Seville and better markets with more variety with food and drink (and prices). Won't name names at don't want to detract away from here by making other recommendations. I think it would be a good place to visit on your first night in Seville like we did, as it's in a good location, then come back in the day to visit the stalls...
