This location is terrible. The location at Triana is excellent. How is that possible for the same restaurant? The answer is staff. At the Triana location, we were served quickly and in a friendly manner. At the Museo location, the staff seemed more interested in socializing with each other than in attending to customers. We waited a ridiculous amount of time to place our order (and receive our bill at the end), despite the staff laughing and chatting with each other. As for the food, at the Triana location we received lovely fresh bread (one mini-loaf per person) and olives with our meal. At the Museo location, we received one mini-loaf that was cold, and no olives. The dishes we ordered at Triana were good portions and delicious. The ones from Museo were OK, but small and nothing special. The overall management needs to speak with the Museo location and sort this out. We ate there because of our good experience at Triana, but the two locations could not have been...

One of the worst we have come across. Poor service! We (four of us) were greeted my someone who told us that tapas is not offered for dining with the table and were offered to sit right at the entrance where it was very hot, although only one table was occupied. We were told all other tables were reserved. We then asked when they were reserved because we were there at around 7 pm. He checked his reservation book and told us we can choose to sit anywhere. Bad and over priced food! We ordered 2 appetizers and four main dishes; the very thick asparagus were boiled and served with some kind of mayonnaise sauce, and seafood cocktails with salad is just 3-4 shrimps with crumble of some fish fillets but a lot of lettuce. The pieces of fried chickens are dry and not seasoned, the fried potatoes are miserable and soft, the fried squids are not...

He ido a comer con otra persona antes de irme de viaje y comer ha sido un CAOS total, y encima casi pierdo el avión. Un hombre camarero con poco pelo, lo digo para que el gerente sepa quien es y hable con él, pues nos ha tomado nota y no le ha dado a enviar, deducimos nosotros, ya que nunca nos dió explicaciones, y después de 35 minutos esperando le decimos que nos faltan los platos a una camarera y recalco que es mujer, porque ha sido la única que nos ha atendido y nos ha escuchado cuando le hemos dicho que no venían los platos. Nos ha dicho que el otro no ha hecho enviado y ella como buena camarera y no el otro que ha desaparecido, nos ha vuelto a tomar nota, pero han vuelto a tardar 30 min. Y para colmo, habíamos podido todo tapas y nos han traído racion de ensaladilla por error como ración, y cuando le decimos que no entendemos que está pasando con la comanda cuando pedido tapas y raciones y son del mismo tamaño uno del otro, nos dice el encargado que bisutería nos hemos equivocado y nos fijemos en el precio... entones ya nos ponemos los dos con cara de nos vamos ya... pero la camarera se acerca y nos pregunta y se lo explicamos que nos ha vuelto a pasar la cosa por error de ellos y nos escucha muy bien, y corrige el error del encargado y de quien nos puso racion por tapa de ensaladilla de langostino.

ENSALADILLA DE LANGOSTINO muy buena pero CONFUNDEN ELLOS MISMO LAS TAPAS POR RACIONES... VAMOS EL MOLDE QUE TIENEN NO SABEN CUAL ES CUAL, después de todo lo que ha pasado es la única explicación.

LA ÚNICA CAMARERA QUE NOS HA TRATADO BIEN Y NOS HA ESCUCHADO NO Y NOS HA PREGUNTADO ES LA MUJER MORENA. Los dos camarero encargado y otro de la misma altura y con poco pelo muy muy muy muy mal.

LA PAREJA DE AL LADO TAMBIÉN HABÍAN PEDIMOS DE COMER. Y DESPUÉS DE LO QUE PASÓ SE FUERON INCLUSO ANTES QUE NOSOTROS SIN DISCUTIR. PAGARON BEBIDA GAZPACHO Y COCA COLA, Y FUERA. UN DESASTRE LOS CAMARERO EN EL SERVICIO DE HOY.

SIENTO DECIR QUE O HAY UN CAMBIO EN EL SERVICIO , NO VUELVO Y NO LO PUEDO RECOMENDAR. Si estuviera en dueño o gerente en el servicio, jamás PASARÍA EL CAOS...
