5 stars for gelato, 2 stars for service.
High quality gelato and a lot of wonderful flavours. I had the dark chocolate sorbet and yogurt the first visit and my husband had orange blossom and Malaga. The orange blossom flavour was 50 cents extra but it was absolutely delicious (never tasted something like this before).
On our second visit I asked for a 2 scoop tub and asked more a larger scoop of chocolate and a smaller scoop of vanilla. The lady serving said yes but didn’t do this (we speak some Spanish so it wasn’t a language issue). I decided to not say anything but on our third visit I asked for the same thing again very clearly, and again the lady said yes but didn’t do it. This time I said something and the lady serving got annoyed and said I could only have equal scoop size. This was different to what she’d said as I pointed out (which she ignored as to why she’d said yes) and seems ridiculous given she recognised we were repeat customers and there was no one else in the shop.
We were in Seville for the rest of the week and found somewhere else to go instead with equally good gelato and more friendly service.
A few seats inside and nicely air-conditioned.
Amazing tree outside the shop to watch whilst eating...
Read moreOk, I've tried them all and this is officially the best ice cream of the town!!! As a passionate ice cream lover and maker myself I make a point of finding the perfect icecream around everywhere I go. Major priorities are :artisan (really artisan, not just stating it), no franchise, not using colorants or ice cream bases. No decorated icecream mountains or too many fancy toppings, the good ones just don't need them! Ice cream should be not too sweet with a salty hint to push the aroma forward. Good home made cones. Creeme has it all! And more! I grew up in Sicily, the very home of both pistacchio and gelato and the pistacho flavour really nailed it. Loved the natural colour too. The sorbets are also great, not too sweet and perfectly balanced. Really recommend to go there each time you feel like having...
Read moreThis ice cream parlour came recommended in my Seville travel guide, so I decided to go and check it out, and I wasn't disappointed! I went for a two flavour tub...goloso and red fruits. The goloso flavour was I think a fior di latte ice cream more or less and had chocolate chips, caramel streaks, and bits of what seemed to be waffle cone in it...very good,l indeed...a lovely creamy and gooey flavour! Perfect! The red fruits flavour was again very creamy and not too sweet or sharp...just how I like my fruit based berry ice creams! It was a bit pricey for €5.50, but it was worth it! So, fancy a truly divine ice cream experience...then look no further than Créeme! Service was friendly and...
