Cafetería Starbucks Catedral — Restaurant in Seville

2 stars off as they were out of hazelnut syrup and despite saying that we didn't want an alternative, they went ahead and made a regular latte which we refused and when it finally came for a refund, she refunded only the price of the syrup??? Had to ask to be refunded the full price even though she herself put the latte aside 😂

And despite all the nice comments about staff I see here, only the lady who took the order at the till seemed even pleasant. And if "Silvya" does not want to be bothered by customers asking for lids and straws for the iced drinks, then perhaps she should give them out before anyone needs to even ask! Like in most other starbucks! How do you think customers will drink from the plastic cups full of ice without a straw and no lid, while walking no less? Starbucks almost never disappoints doesn’t matter which country, at least in my experience so far. What we loved here was the whip cream, which was made in the same flavor as the drink you are getting. I have not had that before. We tried the gingerbread latte and the whip cream was the exact same flavor and the blend of cold thick whip cream and hot drink was awesome. The chocolate crunch was delicious as well. There bagels are very well warmed, perfect to eat both to hard not to soggy, just the right temp and the flavor so good and to top it all they service...

crowded Starbucks location, close to touristic attractions. We waited about 10 minutes till we were served for some reason, even though there was a cash register not being used and took a little longer than expected. Oh, and there was only 1 customer in front of us and they took about the same with her.

Overall though, Nice drinks and selection available here, especially their cold brew latte with brown sugar. That was actually a drink not offered where I'm from and was actually quite good! Would recommend for a low calorie drink with some...
