YAN. Sushi Bar Sevilla — Restaurant in Seville

I need to thank Maria the owner. Me and my 86 years old mom travelled to Spain and mom got sick , she throw up for the whole night and cannot sleep at all.

It is difficult to feed her solid food but she is most likely dehydrated.

I accidentally walk into this restaurant and told Maria my mom situation. She gave me the miso soup to take back to the hotel. A hot vegetable soup that warms mom’s stomach.

We appreciate the good quality set lunch and the quality of sushi , but most important I appreciate the kindness to arrange the hot...

Es la segunda vez que me pasa ya con ellos que pido a una hora prudencial y se retrasan en la entrega más de 2 horas. La última vez hicimos el pedido por Just Eat a las 21,30, ponia que lo entregaban a las 22, 30, llamamos a las 22.45 porque no habia llegado, nos dijeron que lo sentían pero que tenian mucho lio y que se retratsaban 20 min, dije que ok, y a las 12 de la noche aún no habia llegado. Llamé de nuevo por telefono y me lo coge una mujer que no habla español y me dice que el restaurante ya esta cerrado, que no entiende español, que lo siente pero que tengo q cancelar pedido porque el repartidor ya no puede salir. Yo no puedo cancelar pedido porque en mi correo pone que mi pedido ya estaba entregado. Le digo que no me lo puede cobrar y me dice que ella cancela el pedido. Al dia siguiente vuelvo a llamar al restaurante para cerciorarme de que se ha cancelado correctamente y no me lo cogen. Y hoy miro los cargos en la tarjeta y veo que sí que me lo han cobrado. O sea que no solo se retrasan más de 3 horas y me quedo sin cenar, sino que encima me lo cobran. Imposible contactar con ellos, servicio nefasto, encima me cobran un pedido que no ha sido entregado. Os rogaría que: -No acepteis pedidos que no os va a ser posible entregar -No digais que lo vais a entregar si no os va a ser posible cuando os llamen porque vais con retraso. -NO COBREIS PEDIDOS QUE NO HABEIS ENTREGADO.

Honestly I don’t know why this place isn’t rated higher. We came for lunch and the place was empty, but don’t let this fool you! The whole time we were here they were pumping out takeaway orders! Because of this, some food was a bit slow to arrive, but honestly I’m happy to wait for food that tastes as good and fresh as this!

Sushi was fresh & freshly made. Goyza and spring rolls were great too.
