Los Leones — Restaurant in Seville

Unfortunately, all one-star reviews are spot on. I have hardly ever experienced such bad service. It's slow, it's arrogant and unacceptable. We ordered three dishes. My boyfriend got his first one after 15 minutes, the second one after 45. After an hour I still hadn't got my food (and it was something as easily prepared as a plate of nachos!). When reminding the staff (which we had tried to do even earlier without success) we got the answer that they didn't have any nachos today (!?). Something that of course should have been communicated as soon as we ordered. Instead of apologizing, our waiter was blaming someone else in the kitchen. When asking how they would compensate us for this mistake (I hadn't eaten a thing and all options for lunch somewhere else were now closed), he said – as if offering us a super deal – "you don't have to pay for the nachos!". Of course we are not paying for something we didn't get. We asked to speak to his boss, who said the same thing, but after some absurd arguing gave us a 2 euros discount. It hardly made up for the very bad service, the lack of communication and the absence of a proper excuse. The food my boyfriend got was okay but nothing special, rather a bit too cold. Don't be fooled by the sunny seats in the middle of Alameda de Hércules. Go somewhere else if you want to enjoy Sevillian...

Nice place to go on a sunny day! Can really enjoy quite long time under the sunshine! Because of this, they are extremely popular on a sunny day, better get there far in advance the meal time in order to get a table.

Dishes were better presented than before. Pluma really could not compare to their neighbor restaurant called ARTE FACTO at the conner of Alameda.

The guy who is always there knows his business, the new and young guys are too busy to learn some basic hospitality knowledge? 🙇‍♀️//02/19

Giving one star because there is no option of zero star. Service is terrible, I have been to this place two times in a gap of 3 years and they are consistently bad. They take ages to bring the order, and surprises you by bringing random stuff, unrelated to your order. Today I asked for a peach juice for my son, waited long time for it and when I asked, the waiter said "it is coming". He was not sorry for being late, he didn't care at all.. If I had to wait for a lot of time, at least tell me before, when I ordered!! There are so many nice bars in Alameda,...
