Versátil mi lugar — Restaurant in Seville

Really wanted to like this place but I had quite a bad experience here this morning. After ordering, we were informed that most of the menu was actually not available since there was no one in the kitchen and they didn’t have the necessary ingredients to make more elaborate dishes, only tostadas. Ordered a tostada con tomate and it comes with salmorejo. Later asked if we could get a smoothie, was first told yes to later be told this was also not possible to order.

Then the man working behind the bar was extremely rude - he was mean to the waiter (who despite being inexperienced was trying his best) but also rude towards customers. One woman returned her dish as it wasn’t the plate she ordered, it was for another table. When the correct toast was brought out she asked for some salt and the man working loudly complained about her asking for too many things.

Later when paying, the smoothie we ordered but didn’t get was also charged to the bill incorrectly.

Overall, menu looks promising, but execution and attitude of staff is really not welcoming. I have lived in this neighborhood for two years and I would suggest supporting other locales around Alameda who are kinder and more organized as there is no shortage of other food...

You won't believe it but best tapas I had in Sevilla...hahaha. we kind of "crashed" here because we had to use the toilet and decided to eat something. The terrace is not a nice environment. Across some garage bins and homeless people asking for money at your table. Who got asked to leave by the waiter so oke. The tapas where amazing. We had this lovely shrimp tortilla and some other things delicious. This was a gift because normal I would never choose to eat here only because of its look. So an advice to the owner. Make it more nice to come in...

Ordered a coffee and a ham and cheese croissant. It took 30+ mins to get my order, and when I did finally get it- they had given me a completely wrong order. It was for a table next to me.

After waiting another 15 mins, I went up to see if it was coming and the server told me he had forgotten about my order. Mind you it was not busy at all.

And when he did finally bring my order, it was incorrect, I received a plain croissant instead of a ham and cheese. At that point I was ready to pay the...
