Pastissimo — Restaurant in Seville

If you are craving a break from all the tapas make sure to try this hidden gem!! The menu is simple but the perfect option for a quick easy dinner. We grabbed three pastas to go and each was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. It was the perfect amount for two and a fun variety. We didn’t know what to expect from a take out pasta place but it beats many sit down Italian restaurants we’ve been too. Highly recommend the bolognese which was our favorite - but all three were delicious and equally satisfying. The owner/chef was so friendly and fun to talk to. He was fluent in English and made our short wait for the food very enjoyable. We took our to go on a short 8 mins walk to enjoy a picnic on a bench at the Setas de Seville. Great take-away pasta spot. You can choose from three types of Garofalo pasta—spaghetti, tagliatelle and rigatoni—paired with a variety of sauces. Both the amatriciana and carbonara were delicious. Better than in many Italian restaurants, and only €6–7 per portion.

Wanted a break from Tapas, so decided to get takeaway pasta to eat on the beautiful streets of Seville. As soon as I entered I was greeted with charm and a great vibe from the owner. We chatted the whole time the pasta was cooking. Only took 5 minutes. Food was delicious! We got two aranciciana’s and was super tasty.
