Patio San Eloy — Restaurant in Seville

Although it attracts both tourists and locals, this is not a spot I enjoy or recommend at all. It is not very vegetarian friendly and the quality of the food is not up to par. Respecto a la comida, poco que decir, es lo que se espera. Los montaditos están bien, y en general diría que el precio es más o menos acorde con lo que se recibe. La carta es relativamente amplia, así que puede que dependa de qué pidas. Sin embargo, en mi visita el domingo 12 de diciembre de 2021 tuve varios problemas. Primero, al ver la carta impresa, y una pizarra que tenían colgada con precios de raciones de pescado, vi que eran precios distintos. Pregunté, y por supuesto el precio real era el más caro, el de la carta. Así que la pizarra, expuesta a la vista de todo el mundo, es mentira. Había varios precios mal, no se trata de un error suelto. Yo eso lo veo como inaceptable. Segundo, al traer las bebidas, el camarero derramó parte del zumo en nuestra mochila y chaquetas. Lo cierto es que se veía venir, porque llevaba la bandeja como si fuera la primera vez. Bueno, un error lo tiene cualquiera, pero no hubiera pasado nada por disculparse. No es que se cayera el zumo, es que manchó bastante la mochila y la chaqueta. Por último, tuvimos la mala suerte de elegir varios montaditos que no quedaban. Que en un sitio conocido especialmente por ellos falten cuatro tipos, no dice mucho bueno. Supongo que si no hubieramos tenido todos esos inconvenientes, hubiera resultado...

The place doesn't look too fancy (vibe of a family-run family restaurant) but the food is good enough and fairly priced. I wasn't too hungry, so I just tried the Iberian Morcon which was very tasty, served with chips. The waitress very polite, with relaxed vibe, and helpful at recommending. From what I'm reading they have good tapas and paella so I might return to try them since I will be in Seville...
