Restaurante Atope — Restaurant in Seville

May 2025. Had some lovely tapas in various locations in Seville and Cadiz but Bar Atape was the best and far surpassed anywhere else we ate in terms of quality of ingredients used, talent of the chef, taste, prices and welcome.

The restaurant is spotlessly clean and whilst it looks new,it fits perfectly into the Alameda

Fantastic staff. The service was excellent and everyone received the same great service. This didn't happen everywhere as I noticed Spanish speakers were favoured (understandably) at some other places.

The food, oh the food. Everything was fresh, cooked to perfection and so delicious at the same price as other places.

Would highly recommend on all counts and would certainly eat there again (several times!) when I hopefully...

Marah was our amazing server today, she recommended the best dishes we’ve had, and truly made our experience very enjoyable! It was the perfect dinner after a long tiring day, and she helped cater to our tastes, providing the best food and atmosphere. It was like we had a friend in the city, would definitely recommend coming to this restaurant and asking Marah to recommend refreshments and meals!

We especially enjoyed the burrata and tuna tartare, would also suggest trying the non-alcoholic orange juice!

We came to Café Atope on a friend’s recommendation, and it fully lived up to the praise. The croquettes with goat cheese and seafood were excellent, the huevos rotos with homemade fries hit the spot, and the spinach with chickpeas (my wife’s favorite) was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. Everything was homemade and clearly made with care.

The staff were friendly and professional, and the place had a more elegant feel than most tapas spots, both inside and on the terrace.
