We went today with my friend to drink a coffee in this place. In general, everything was fine. The problem was that around 6:45 pm the girl working there told us that the place was closing, so we started to take our thing to leave (at that moment we were carrying a lot of stuff with us after a very difficult day). When we stepped out of the coffee shop it started to rain a lot and after 1 minute it was pouring hail. So as it was natural we stayed under the tent that the store has. The girl working there even though she hadn't finished yet with the closure of the store didn't tell us to come inside till the rain stops. Not only that she closed the door of the store to our faces. We both have worked in the service industry and we know how it is to just want to go home after a long day at work. But I am certain that if we were in her place we would not acted like that and would let us go in. I found it very inhuman of her because at that moment it was impossible to walk...

Exceptional coffee AND smoothies. In my experience, most places can only do either one really well, but Ringo Banana excels at both. High quality ingredients, artisanal preparation, and overall "buena onda" (=good vibes). If you're into postcards, they sell an adorable one with a custom illustration of the storefront. (One of the baristas even gifted me a postcard and wrote a beautiful message on the back!) Also, the quiche du jour was fresh and full of vegetables. It's very clear that the owners (and their team) are not here just to make money; they want to curate a unique experience for each and every one of their guests, whether they're locals or just passing through Sevilla for a couple of days. I live in New York, but when I go back to Sevilla, I will make this my brunch...

This place ended up being our favorite breakfast spot in Seville. Mostly, we had bowls; my favorite one is the one with banana, chia seeds, apples, and peanut butter—simply delicious. However, honestly, all of them were good.

Also, this place is probably one of the best in terms of coffee in the whole city, especially if you dig specialty beans and alternative brewing methods. I thoroughly enjoyed their V60 on Ethiopia.

Last but not least, the interior is very hip, and it's just nice to be there in general.

Unfortunately, we have not tried pastries, but people were constantly ordering those, so I assume these are...

We went here three times for breakfast when we were staying in Seville. They have great vegan options. The chia porridge was delicious, healthy and vegan friendly 🌱 - with fresh fruit and almond / peanut butter. The only suggestion I would have is to make the chia porridge a little more thicker. 🫶🏻 I also had their iced matcha latte with oat milk and it was really well made. 🍵🙌 The vibe in the café is lovely and the staff are friendly. There is seating both inside and outside - not too many though so you may have to wait for a table. I will definitely come back here the next time I’m in Seville. 🇪🇸
