If you want to eat real Korean food, never go to this store.
It's marked as Korean food, but it's just Chinese food. It's Korean food, but it won't be a problem if it simply doesn't taste good, but it's a different food.
It tasted so weird that I searched for a review of this restaurant. Likewise, I could see a lot of reviews saying, "This is not Korean food," and I'm sorry for the answer to that. I like Korean food, so I saw a comment two years ago saying that I will reproduce Korean food as much as possible and improve it. But now, two years later, it's still fake Korean food. It was a really bad meal as a Korean.
Even the traditional Korean liquor "soju" tasted strange, so I asked the clerk, and he said he was sorry that it was actually a Chinese liquor and got a refund.
This is a restaurant that deceives customers and sells them. I don't know how the rating is 4.7, but if you really want to eat Korean food, I recommend going to...
Read moreI have dined here in person and have ordered delivery here many times over the course of this year and I can confidently say that the quality has gone down on certain items.
The jajangmyeon used to be a stand out dish and I would crave it all the time. However, after dining here tonight, I’m pretty disappointed about how the dish is now. The quality has decreased and it lost that umami and savory flavor - only pure salty flavor was left. On top of that, the dish was served barely, just barely warm. I have eaten enough Korean food to know that this isn’t a cold noodle dish and it should be hot due to the sauce being stir fried prior to serving it on top of the noodles. Also, the noodles were not chewy at all, it just felt mushy. We ended up telling the server that the dish was not hot at all and they only put it in the microwave… no apology or discount or offer to remake it. It still wasn’t hot after warming it up. This also happened at the very start of the dinner hours as we were the first people there after opening. Only good part was the japchae and mandu tonight as they were both served hot and fresh.
I probably won’t return after this...
Read moreAs Koreans, I can't accept this food as Korean food. (Como coreano, no puedo admitir esta comida como comida Coreana. Si realmente quieres comida coreana, ve a otro restaurante.)
If they truly used Korean ingredients, it absolutely couldn't taste like this. It's definitely Chinese food. Honestly, I understand the food tastes like Chinese spices.
But the thing is, although I ordered 'soju' (Korean alcohol) on the menu, I get Chinese alcohol pretending like soju bottles. I asked them weather it is a real korean SOJU and they admit it was Chinese alcohol inside the bottle which is pretending like a SOJU bottle. If they are selling a fake soju, they shouldn't sell it using images of Korean soju on the menu. It's like selling grape juice with a labels saying Spanish wine. This is a fake. The most shocking thing was that they put fake labels on soju bottles with Korean letters. My dad, who always eats Korean food, couldn't eat even one bite.
If you wanna try korean food, you should avoid this...
