It's a hip, modern bar with a pub feel. I don't speak any Spanish, but ordering wasn't a problem (they directed me to a server who was fluent in English), and service was friendly. If you're American and are used to free water, get something else because they brought me some super fancy ultrafiltered nonsense, and I instantly regretted not just getting a beer.
Now the food: the chorizo tapas was excellent, and the herb olive oil sauce was a perfect accompaniment. Prawns were far from traditional and came unshelled (didn't matter to me), but I enjoyed the Thai satay twist they decided to use. I'd say all their tapas are American palette friendly takes on traditional tapas, so if that's what you're looking for, this is your spot.
Everything is very flavorful and reasonably priced, but their knives are weirdly shaped so that they have to rest either on the edge of back of the blade... I dunno man
UPDATE: came here again because everything else was closed and this place is bomb. Again fantastic service and great environment. Wish I could have experienced authentic late night Spanish tapas, but it appears those places all close early in Seville. Fortunately this gastropub was an excellent fallback. This time I had the tuna tapas (by the way, it's an assload of tuna) which was probably some of the best tuna I've ever had. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Would, and did,...

AVOID PAD THAI
The Pad Thai on the menu is NOT a Pad Thai. It is stir fried noodles. First Pad Thai has to be rice noodle, they used the flour type, wrong at the fundamental. Secondly, Pad Thai has its special source which can be acquired at the local Asian market. Thirdly, the claimed it contains bamboo which wasn't found it the fish. Lastly, they only put five tiny little pieces of chicken which looked very sad. I suggest they either change the name of the plate or try to make something like Pad Thai.
It's ok to serve a plate like this with such a name because generally people here have no idea what a Pad Thai is. But for who ever has some knowledge will...
Read moreThey advertise live football and rugby everywhere, but the reality is disappointing. We asked if our game could be put on – they did so for about 50 minutes, then the manager simply turned it off for the last half hour. The strange thing: no one else in the bar was watching, and the screens were left completely blank. We ended up watching the rest of the match on our phones while the TVs in the pub stayed dark.
The staff member serving us was kind, but the manager was extremely unfriendly and dismissive. Honestly one of the most uncomfortable experiences in a sports bar – especially when they promote themselves so heavily on Instagram and Google as the “place to be” for live sports. Definitely not coming back, and it really puts you off even...
