From the very first moment, we felt warmly welcomed and at ease. The service was outstanding – our waiter was exceptionally kind, soft-spoken, and after we had taken a moment to look at the menu, he thoughtfully shared his recommendations. Every single one of them turned out to be a highlight.
The evening unfolded like a culinary journey. We started with delicate brioche buns filled and topped with Iberico ham – absolutely delicious and, for my partner, the standout dish of the night. Next came Patatas Bravas, but unlike any version we had ever seen before: the potatoes were carefully layered, then cut into cubes and perfectly fried – an elevated, refined take on a classic. After that, we enjoyed tacos filled with a pulled-pork-like preparation and complemented by a variety of rich, flavorful creams.
For the mains, I had the slow-cooked beef ribs with a Korean barbecue sauce, accompanied by broccoli. The flavors, the texture, and the plating were simply outstanding. My partner had a rice dish with a red prawn – you could truly taste the character and depth of the dish; it was absolutely incredible.
We couldn’t resist sharing one more savory dish: a “hot dog” unlike any other. It featured a beautifully fried seabass fillet, served in a soft, airy bun, enhanced with a touch of nut butter and a delicate foam. It was creative, unexpected, and deeply satisfying.
Desserts were the perfect finale. The cheesecake, with its crumble base and salted caramel, was rich yet balanced. We also had the apricot in three variations: as ice cream, as a chocolate-coated bite filled with cream, and as a compote, accompanied by fresh apricot slices on a crumble. It was not only visually stunning but also a true celebration of flavor.
What made this dining experience truly remarkable was the philosophy behind the food. It was never about theatrics or overcomplication, as one often finds in fine dining. Instead, everything was crafted with precision and care, but always with the focus on flavor – on creating explosions of taste that spoke directly to the senses and the soul. Each dish felt genuine, heartfelt, and designed not to impress with showmanship, but to connect with the diner in the most meaningful way.
Beyond the food, the atmosphere and sense of hospitality made the evening unforgettable. Everything felt heartfelt and seamless. When leaving, we glanced into the kitchen from outside and saw the entire team working hand in hand with such harmony. We sent them a little heart gesture, and their warm reaction reflected the spirit of the whole restaurant – passionate, kind, and deeply connected to their craft.
This was not just dinner; it was an experience that touched us on many levels. We will remember this evening for a long time, and we wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking both refined cuisine and true hospitality. We cannot wait...
Read moreI had high expectations and they were not met at all.
The service was mediocre at best. You are better served in any of the places around the area. The menu is very enigmatic (doesn't say much about the dishes) and the lady who served us had a little of an attitude they don't like it when you don't speak Spanish and don't even bother to have a translated menu.
The attention and quantity of food is inadequate for the price. The portions are a joke, for the price paid, are disproportionate.
Everything is slow. The waiters take forever to come around, and the kitchen is so slow to deliver the dishes, that it will take 20 min to deliver you a single bite that will be done in 2 seconds.
It is an innovative cuisine, quite elaborate dishes, the flavors are good, but you run out of patience trying to get them.
Also, several dishes were missing from a short menu and some that were on the menu were not available. Why bother having a menu at all??
We had expectations of a great dinner and had a cold shower only to go eat...
