Kukuchurro – Las Setas — Local services in Seville

There are two Kukuchurro in Sevilla. The one I went to is close to Setas de Sevilla.

Price has now gone up to 5€ for the Kukuchurro combo (chocolate and churros). I was expecting to get churros but what I got is batidos (thicker churros). Chocolate is not as thick as I was expecting but it taste good drinking it and taste watered down when the churros are dipped. The churros were made fresh, by order. We visited Kukuchurro to try Spanish churros for the first time. A big plus is that the place stays open until the evening, unlike many others that close early in the afternoon. We paid €9 for churros with chocolate and two bottles of water. The portions are quite large. The churros dough itself was pretty decent, though personally I wasn’t too impressed with the combination with hot chocolate. The price is different from the outside menu and inside. Ordered the classic churros con chocolate but was so disappointed! Churros were not crispy, instead very oily and became soggy after a few mins. Dipping chocolate also seemed like the instant powdered one you can buy from groceries which was so bad. My partner ordered the toast and he said it tasted weird and seemed old!
