As my friend is a Vegan we felt it quite lucky to stumble across this restaurant on Google Maps. It was very quiet when we got there but it didn’t matter. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. She explained the menu to us - pictures attached - and based off her recommendation we ordered the hamburger Dosa. As a cute little starter she gave us a taster of the ginger beer brewed in-house and non-alcoholic. I think she mentioned there was an alcoholic version as well. The food was really delicious. The mix of sauces and the flavors of the burger and dosa were so good. I could have eaten ten more! If you’re a vegan / vegetarian then I’d definitely recommend these home cooked meals. Thanks so much for a lovely experience.

Food is really yummy with a variety of gluten free crepes made from rice and lentil flour. The one named “Dandy” has smoked tofu, spinach, aubergine and pesto, very tasty. I personally wasn’t a fan of the deserts. The coco and chocolate bar was good, but not that special either. They all lack texture and balance of flavor. We ordered a “calming” water, which was water with a few drops of some sort of oil on it I guess. It tasted like water, which fine, the waiter had told us that it didn’t taste different, but we couldn’t smell the oils either, so Idk, it felt like a bit of a scheme to sell overpriced water. I would still recommend the place for the savory dishes and the ambiance. It’s a very charming spot.

Simply one of the best places in town... Food, service, community spirit, it’s one of the only restaurants you go in a stranger and leave a friend. Regis and Lila put their heart and soul into this place and I will come back at least once a month for as long as it is open! Order the Rathathran dosa with dal (winter), or the jungle dosa (summer) and a piece of vegan homemade cake or the croco-choco (anytime). If you like spicy, ask for their incredible homemade hot sauce. The ginger beer is out of this world. The coffee is on point. And the playlist is always perfect. 😍 oh, and extra points for being super duper friendly with dogs, children, parents…you can take anyone there and have a great time.

Once I tried the Dosa, there was no way back. I became somewhat addicted to this delishcious, crunchy and savoury pancake with the most juicy, healthy and delicious filling. I had to ask for a job, as I would otherwise not be able to afford my required daily Dosa dosage...

Working there has made me reappreciate the love and care the owners put into the restaurant. I have never been at a place where every bit of the restaurant was treated with so much care; from making sure to create the least possible amount of waste, to some well investigated health advice, to their two sons that are two energetic rays of sunshine and bring some entertainment and light into the super cosy atmosphere.

In conclusion, the food is other-worldly deliscious and there is an extremely friendly environment between the Owners and even the local guests that would come back frequently. I miss the Dosa...

An eclectic place serving dosas which are somewhat sour tasting crepes with various exotic fillings. We came as a group of 8 of which 4 kids. The kids really disliked the sour tasting dosas but ours tasted wonderful. Honestly, the kids menu really doesn’t do the food justice and should be reconsidered. Our waiter (the owner?) made an attempt to remember everyone’s order without taking notes and got two of the kids orders wrong. Drinks were nice but if you’re expecting a glass of coke, keep walking. Overall we liked the food and it was good to have nice entirely vegan option in town, but the experience was a bit too eclectic to attract real crowds and a not particularly kid-friendly menu will keep us from coming back...
