Wow… is all I can say! I’d heard it was good, but nothing prepared us for our meal. It was our wedding anniversary and the meal was excellent. I had prawns for starters and iberico pork for mains… they were wonderful. All items on the menu looked good. The service was fantastic and we were well looked after throughout our stay - ‘Ines’, our waitress, ensured we were well looked after - nothing was too much trouble and staff had exacting standards. We will eat again here before flying home. Update 10/08/23 As promised we returned! Seldom have I been to a restaurant again when our experience was even better the second time around! Staff recognised us from our first visit and the service as with the first time was excellent - again nothing too much trouble to ensure our visit was special! We had the same waitress and again she was excellent. The head waiter greeted us. The food was sublime I had the lobster dish - cream, lobster, iberico ham, melon and mango - sounds like it shouldn’t work but oh my goodness! It was glorious. My partner had octopus and he thought it the best he’d tasted. For mains I returned to the Iberico pork - again it was so good. The chef here is so talented. My partner had sirloin steak - the knife passed through like butter and was delicious. This was a perfect visit to end our perfect holiday. Firt of all when we came to the restaurant we were standing there for 10 minutes and no one said hello. Just passing us not even giving us a look. The waiter was rude when he took the order, and when I explained that I was pregnant and I needed the meat to be well done he just left the table. We got the food and no one explained what was on the plate. And my husband got a bad wine for the main course, he told the waiter that looked like a question mark, did not say anything and took of with the wine. No apologies, just came back with a new wine. It was ice cold, like it had been in the fridge. He asked if he liked the wine better now. My husband said it was better but very cold, then the waiter said back in a rude tone well do you want it warm? Ehm No we would like it tempered like red wine should be.

So the food was good. We had starter and main course. So we didn’t feel like having dessert. The waiter came to ask us if we would like dessert or coffe, when we said no thank you. He loudly said OMG and the just left the table. He left us speechless. We felt humiliated. He was so rude. We travel a lot around to eat good food at good restaurants. We have never ever experienced this kind of behavior. And we will never come back here after...
