Capuccino — Restaurant in Tarragona

Cappuccino is typically a great spot for a quick coffee and snack, but my recent visit to this particular location left much to be desired. The café was poorly managed and understaffed, with dirty cups and plates stacked everywhere. The barista seemed overwhelmed and was working in an incredibly messy fashion. I was hesitant to even try the coffee. The service was also lacking, as we waited for 10 minutes to be served by a grumpy and inexperienced waiter, who then took an additional 15 minutes to bring us our coffee and a dried out croissant.

I do not mean to criticize the staff, as it was clear they were struggling to keep up with the amount of customers. However, I hope the owner takes notice and addresses the issues by providing proper training or hiring additional help. Overall, I cannot recommend this location...

Today I wanted to go out with my Family and Drink a cocoloco (a Smoothie). I was so excited because a day ago I Drunk this and this was so yummy. But today someone Worked there, a grown man. We ordered 3 cocolocos. This man gave us something Else with alcohol and we told him that this was the wrong Drink and we also Said sorry, but he yelled at as and called us p... and so on.. I was so Shocked that he behave like that because it was not our fault, we Never told him to make our Drinks with alcohol. I would Never go there again because this is Not how you Treat Tourist and customers. This is disrespectful to yell to children !!!! We are all under 25!!! It would be good When they would not treat...

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant today. The staff member who served us was extremely rude and even insulted us in Spanish. It also took him a very long time to complete the order, and when he finally did, it wasn’t done properly. We had ordered smoothies, but they were full of large ice cubes, making them unpleasant to drink. Overall, the service was unprofessional and disrespectful, and the drinks were a waste of money.

What makes this even more frustrating is that we had visited the restaurant just the day before and were served by a different staff member who was excellent (thousand times better...
