Rooftop Bar Caelum @ H10 Imperial Tarraco — Restaurant in Tarragona

We’ve booked 2 weeks in the hotel and wanted to have a dinner at the rooftop. We arrived at the restaurant at 22:00, when the restaurant closes at 00:00. The waiter rudely showed us to our seats, gave us the menu - there was no lighting on the table, it was impossible to read it. At that time, I received messages that I had to answer urgently - while I was doing this (5-7 mins) , the waiter came up to us twice and said in a rude tone, "You have to open the menu and place an order now." Pretty cool rooftop bar, delicious lunch items, great iced coffees with milk. If you sit under the covered areas you can still get views of the sea and feel the sea breeze. You're also welcome to walk around the pool area to take pics and enjoy the views. Food came pretty quickly after ordering. Very enjoyable place for lunch especially when you're waiting for your room...
