Two stars is generous. The only satisfactory plate we ordered, out of the cheese platter, Russian salad & meat platter, was the the salad. Only two types of cheese on this platter of “Canarian” cheese (nothing Canarian about it). The meat was fatty, tough and the chicken was borderline undercooked.
Next, the restaurant is understaffed: only 2 waitresses on a Saturday night. One is running around, trying to do a hundred things at once, the other must’ve missed her siesta today. Her presence in the restaurant made no difference at all.
Do I sound frustrated? Yes, I am. We’ve been on the island 2 weeks and this is the most expensive dinner we have eaten (87€!!) yet the worst quality food and service!
I walked past there at least 10 times considering to eat there. This one time I did, I wish I hadn’t.
It really is a shame to let so much food, and not to mention the money, go to waste.
