Unlike traditional restaurants, instead of picking a dish, we picked our own house made pasta and then a sauce, there were over a dozen different noodle types to choose from. I ordered the tagliatelle Napoli which was a rich, creamy, fresh, and vegetarian dish that really hit the spot. You get to mix in the burrata which results in a much fresher taste than that of a premade sauce. The lamb suckling ravioli in a fois gras sauce, was a heavy, hot, rich dish that truly indulged the senses. We ordered the buratta salad as a starter and it came with tomatillo salsa in it which did not mix well with the sweet vinegar and the bitter arugula.
