The ice cream was very good and the person was friendly.

However, I had a payment issue. I paid by card and was charged in USD instead of Euros. Their bank charged an 8% conversion fee and printed on the receipt that I agreed to pay in USD. I did not ask to pay in USD or agree to it, and the machine showed the price in Euros before I tapped my card.

I am sorry to the store if it is the bank’s fault, but the store might need to look out for its customers and find a different bank. Luckily it was a small amount for me of less than one Euro, but it could add up if more customers with larger orders go here. I went here twice and was charged USD both times.

OMG amazing! The beef there was amazing so American! And the people were so nice and showed me to the bathroom! How polite! And the ice cream was so good! I put so water on top of it and it was amazing! So I had watery ice cream which I never thought I would like till I tried it there! So over all amazing! I could not leave the store and it is the only thing I think about and talk about all the time! I am moving right now to Toledo just to live in the shop!...

Fuimos por la calificación que tenia en google. Lamentablemente no tuvimos la mejor experiencia. Solicite dos sabores (dos bolas) y el problema surgio ya que me sirvieron una bola y media. Lo reclame y se excusaron indicando que no podian tocar la cuchara de un sabor con otro por cuestiones de salud y los alérgicos, y que la consistencia de un sabor era mas cremoso y el otro mas compacto, etc etc. Me dieron casi una explicación médica con bastante prepotencia (la mujer que servia los helados ya habia tenido una mala predisposición con dos chicas que estaban delante mio que no hablaban español). Cuestión que ante mi reclamo la señora de mala gana me dio una bola mas de helado (luego de casi 5 minutos donde tuve que escuchar sus explicaciones técnicas/médicas sobre porque no podían tocarse las cucharas). A mi como cliente no me importan esas explicaciones, si yo pago por dos sabores ( igual a dos bolas) me tienen que servir esa cantidad y no una bola y media. Ya será tema de ustedes ver como solucionan lo de las cucharas y lo demás, pero si pago por algo tienen que ofrecer lo que se paga. En cuanto al sabor no me convenció del todo, el turrón estaba bien pero el de cockies no tenia sabor a nada (he probado mejores helados). Mis amigos coincidieron respecto a que no se diferenciaba el sabor de uno con el otro, era como comer el mismo gusto. Resumen: mala atención y helado regular....
