We came here by chance because the restaurant next door was fully booked and the rain started to be pouring down. Foods were not bad, but they were slow. We saw a table who came after us left shortly after waiting for 5mins but still yet to be served. Also when we asked for bill the price was slightly higher than shown on the menu. Rosabel, managed by Shibu from India's Kerala, is very close to the cathedral of Toledo. Shibu is an honest and friendly host. Not so good communicator maybe, but very welcoming attitude.

If you’re thinking about coming to this place, think again. The food is not good, the ambience is dull and the service will harass you.

First, the food looked and tasted like it was store bought from the supermarket. The portions were big, but since the food was bad it didn’t really mattered.

Second, the server was very rude and improper, he constantly made sexual jokes, and tried to approach us constantly, keep in mind we were an all woman group.
