If you’re a fan of freshly baked bread and homemade delights, this focaccia restaurant is a must-visit. The moment you step in, the warm, inviting aroma of freshly baked bread envelops you, setting the stage for an incredible dining experience.
The star of the show is undoubtedly their focaccia. Baked in-house, it’s perfectly golden on the outside and irresistibly soft on the inside. They have a wide range of delicious fillings and I’ve tried many of them so can highly recommend them. Every plate is thoughtfully prepared and bursting with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
And then there are the desserts—oh, the desserts! Each one is a homemade masterpiece, crafted with love and attention to detail. The tiramisu is rich and creamy and the cheesecake is decadently indulgent. Those are all we’ve tried so far, but we’ll be back for more.
It’s cosy inside or you can sit in the lane in Pueblo Blanco and they do takeaway.
Whether you’re stopping by for a casual lunch or a nice dinner, this place delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended for food lovers and anyone who appreciates the art of homemade...
Gracias Amy, gracias Cosimo. ¡Hasta pronto!
A truly memorable gastronomic experience — both for the flavors and the warmth we felt from the people. We visited Amy Focaccia in Torremolinos, and it was an absolute hit. From the moment we walked in, Amy greeted us with genuine kindness and a beautiful energy that instantly made us feel at home. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in every detail.
We ordered several focaccias to share, and each one had its own personality and punch of flavor: 🔸 La Diabla: bold, spicy, and addictive — the spicy salami packed heat without overwhelming, and it was perfectly balanced. 🔸 La Trufada: oh wow… an aromatic dream. The truffle was deep, earthy, and luxurious. 🔸 La Bella: soft and creamy with the boldness of blue cheese shining through. A beautiful balance of richness and flavor.
For starters, we went for: ✨ The truffle potatoes: crispy on the outside, tender inside, with that amazing truffle aroma that hits you right away. ✨ The “fairy” bites of eggplant and zucchini with pistachio: honestly magical. A creative, delicate dish with a slightly sweet touch and the crunch of pistachio — a surprising and delicious combo.
And just when we thought the experience couldn’t get any better, we were lucky enough to meet Cosimo, the chef. He came out to greet us and gave us recommendations with so much humility, passion, and charm. You could feel the love behind every plate.
We’ll definitely be coming back — not just for the food, but for the warmth and good vibes this place radiates. Thank you Amy, thank you Cosimo —...
Read moreFancied something informal tonight and that's no disrespect to the quality of the food or the establishment but the atmosphere and welcome was suiting my vibe tonight. Punted for a main / desert combo. Schnitzel Milanese for main. Well proportioned Chicken, nicely flattened with a rustic batter covered with fresh tomato sauce and melted mozzarella. Chips on the side just completed the dish. Perhaps a few more but hey I was hungry!. Finished with the amazing lime cheesecake. The base is softened by a light caramel sauce with a rich but not overpowering cake. Cleansed the pallette nicely. Add in a reasonably priced Chardonnay/ Fiano blend vino Blanco and this homemade rustic cooking was just what I needed. The focaccia looks great as well but that's perhaps for my next visit. Italian food doesn't have to be Michelin to be excellent. The outcome is in the...
