Came here based on the reviews which was a mistake. You have to order through scanning a QR code and the website was very glitchy. It took a long time to choose the options through the menu and when we ordered and paid, there was no confirmation though money was taken. We waited 15 minutes but not even coffee arrived so we went to the counter to ask if they'd received the order. They confirmed they had. Customers who ordered after us got their coffees. We had to go up and ask again. Other people were ordering at the counter but we'd been told we had to order through the QR code. Service was bad. The staff treated us like an inconvenience and were rude when we queried why our order was taking so long. They seemed understaffed and badly organised but that's not an excuse for rudeness. We had to wait almost 30min for coffee and then the juice and breakfast came out about 5min after that. It was very bland and the portion was small. Read morePros- lots of vegan and vegetarian options. 🙌🏽 price is reasonable for the area. Quality ingredients; fair amount of seating. Located in a central area; fairly easy to find with gps.
Cons- lost the human touch (95% electronic-menu, ordering, paying, etc) wait at door to be called to counter for direction of where to sit. Then no interactions, not even to ask questions or modify. Food is dropped off by a human.
The Chueca Bagel was tasty. (Bagel is not toasted -fyi) It was filling and had quality ingredients.
Cinnamon roll was hard (couldn’t cut with knife provided) and cold. Requested it be warmed and was obliged. Still hard and dense. Wouldn’t order again.
Lemonade tasted homemade and fresh. ❤️
I will try this place again as they have several things that look good...

Anyway, with the first bite - the sandwich just collapsed as you can see in the photo. I tried to eat it with cutlery, but everything was too soft to stab it with the fork and slice with the knife. I failed. The plate became a mess, difficult to manage and out of control. Resigned, i reminded staff about my missing drink, paid and left.
Disclaimer, I have been vegan for more than 20 years, so I found this place really...
