What an absolute treat 😀😀 We travel to Valencia at least 2 or 3 times a year, to visit family members, so it can sometimes be a challenge to find good new restaurants to eat in. However, NAS is going straight onto our list for further visits, as we all found it impossible to fault either the food or (extremely attentive, but unobtrusive) service. My only note of "caution" would be that the portions are extremely substantial, but there again, you certainly will not go home hungry. The chef came.out to make sure we were happy with our meals, and out waitress was very helpful & charming. We paid €130 for 3, but certainly did not "stint" along the way, so it is not "cheap & cheerful. However all the courses & presentation were first class, and worth every penny. I would particularly recommend the king prawns in garlic (as a starter), solomillo (incredible cut of meat) with potato puree & foie (as a main) and a shared tirimasu doughnut for dessert (to die for !!). Very, very highly recommended for a lovely evening out (and we are not so easily pleased) 😀😀😀😀😀

Read moreHad a meal with my family here while on holidays in Valencia. Such an amazing experience. Food was superb, our waitress was most helpful with advice on picking dishes, she was enthusiastic, friendly and extremely professional. She was so passionate about her role. The food was ample quantity and so delicious, nothing to fault, plates were cleaned going back to the kitchen. Drinks were also delicious and extremely reasonable. We got complimentary drinks traditional to Valencia which were an added bonus Would highly recommend this restaurant for the quality of the food and the value for money. It was extremely reasonable. An overall great experience and thoroughly enjoyed...
Read moreOur host recommended NAS VLC and we made reservations for lunch. We knew we were in for a treat as soon as we tried the chips on the table! Having read previous reviews we thankfully expected the large portions, shared the Tosta de sardina ahumada con sorbete de bloody Mery (Smoked sardine toast with bloody Mery sorbet) as an appetizer, Arroz de langostinos, ajos tiernos y trigueros (Prawn rice, tender garlic and wild garlic) and finished with a cafe con leche leche and Leche frita (fried milk). All were amazing, the Tosta de sardina refreshing on a hot day, the paella stuffed with seafood and crunchy rice and the Leche frita a real treat....
