Absolutely HORRIBLE The staff are ridiculously careless to a “racist” extend!! Just because I was english speaker the manager didn’t bother to listen to me! We arrived at 3:00 pm (we had a booking). To Ask for the menus 10 min after we arrived as we were ignored (we wouldn’t be offered menu if we didn’t ask). Then we ordered the starters and main course at the same time on the spot. We had to ask them few times start 4 pm that we been there for an hour and people are even leaving (other guest ate, paid and left). They kept saying 5 minutes 5 minutes till we gave up at 4:40 pm. When we said we have to cancel as we almost dizzy, the answer was (well if u don’t wait then yes u better cancel).

The manager was very very very very rude older lady who I tried to speak to seeking help to maybe get a food and her response was (NO ENGLISH)!!!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The staff was completely unbothered when we walked in asking for any available tables, we had to keep asking passing waiters over and over for the same thing and we were constantly brushed off without receiving a simple yes or no. We were about to give up and leave when we were informed that there was room for us but it then took another age just to prepare the table since the waitress preferred to engage in idle chatter with the other seated guests while we stood waiting. The paella we ordered took a reasonable amount of time to arrive but the place was swarming with so many flies that we spent the entire time swatting them away from our food and gobbling it down so they wouldn’t land on it. Mi experiencia no fue satisfactoria y os voy a contar porque. Primero lo "bueno", pedimos para comer: -Un entrante que consistía en unos panecillos con ali-oli y tomate. Una ración de queso curado que no sabia a nada, bastante regular, cierto es que el precio no era mucho por lo que bueno... Un arroz para dos que estaba bien, un poco sabroso y con esto quiero decir que sin llegar a estar salado estaba en el límite, al que le gusta mucho la sal como a mi perfecto, pero si no te gusta la sal te parecerá salado. Una carrillera de ternera, en este caso si que tengo que decir que estaba muy buena. De postre unas torrijas que también estaban muy buenas. Café, una botella de agua y dos cervezas. La parte mala: Tardaron en atendernos, nos sentamos y estuvimos como 15 min sin que al menos nos dieran la carta. Al tomarnos nota el camarero nos dice que no llegamos al mínimo requerido por persona y que pidamos algo mas porque si no se nos va a cobrar, nos explica que el solo dice lo que le mandan y que son 25 euros por persona (éramos 2 adultos y 1 niño) me quedo un poco confundido y antes de continuar me levanto y pido hablar con el maître para aclarar la situación ya que además de ser solo 2 adultos el niño está malo y casi no va a comer. Me indican que el maître "es ese" señalándome al camarero que acaba de tomarme nota y que iba de un lado a otro atendiendo mesas, después de un rato de discusión y explicaciones me dicen que no me preocupe que no se me cobrará mas de lo consumido...entonces me pregunto ¿por que me lo han exigido hace un momento y me han hecho pasar por toda esta situación? daros cuenta de una cosa, la primera media hora se convierte en una larga espera y discusión lo cual ya te deja un mal sabor de boca, a un restaurante al que acudo en mi tiempo libre con mi familia voy para disfrutar y no para discutir. Tampoco deben saber que es un maître o no querían dejarme hablar con el/ella porque desde luego el camarero no lo era.
