I had a craving for eggs benedict and came here since they had good reviews and Benedicts on the menu. The place is nicely decorated, very “Instagram couture”, with a touristic vive and clientèle. They have some interesting items on the menu like salty waffles and things you wouldn’t find normally. I, of course, went for the eggs Benedict with bacon. Unfortunately and to my disappointment, they make their poached eggs in the microwave. Which created a mostly cooked yolk. I urge the owners to please take this item off their menu if they cannot properly poach an egg. I know it must be so much more practical and efficient, but it’s insulting to the people expecting a poached egg on their eggs Benedict. Also, the eggs were served in a bowl which made the cutting and eating itself more constrained. I also tried the lotus latte, which was good but very sweet. The staff is the best part about this place. Super friendly and attentive.

The air inside the café was very stuffy so we sat outside. Although they did the best they could, putting nice umbrellas but the area around (which they aren't in charge of) is not a esthetically pleasing at all. Back to the food. The salmon ciabatta was hard to eat. There were two giagantic pieces of bread that were very dry and was very hard to eat. The shakshuka was perhaps dicieving. On the post near the shop the shakshuka had 3 eggs. And they all had yellow attractive yolks. However when they brought it to us, there were 2 eggs instead of 3 and they weren't fully cooked.. (on the photo attached I've allready eaten 1 egg so that's why there is one on the photo) + gluten free bread is completely absent Overall the place is nice. And if perhaps not the high expectations that are being set maybe the disappointment wouldn't be that big.

During our 3-day stay in Valencia, this was our go-to for morning coffee and breakfast. My first meal there was a Shakshuka, it was very tasty, perfectly cooked. I was also impressed with the coffee, the cortado was wonderful. Their milkshakes are amazing, they do not add any sugar, only from the fruits they use, very refreshing compared to other cafes that overload it with sugar. Sandwiches and bagels were great for lunches to go. The service was very fast, and quite friendly. Nice, casual discussion with the owners, who were very accommodating to our attempts at speaking Spanish. Very comfortable feeling inside, nice colours and atmosphere, all in all a wonderful experience, will definitely return whenever in the city again! Thanks for everything

I’ve been there with a couple of friends and it has been a fantastic experience. From the clean and tidy look of the local to the kind and polite staff to the tasty house-made food. The boy that served us was really nice and explained me well a typical Israelis dish which at the end I ordered. It was a pan of rich chopped tomato sauce with eggs on top, served with warm house made bread. It was simply delicious! My friends ordered an hummus and a kind of panini with a fried chicken inside and after we shared a slice of red berries cheesecakes, we were all very satisfied and surprised by the high quality of the food, plus everything made by the owner alone! We discovered also that she makes every single dessert and patisseries! We will return for sure and I highly...
