You’re right. Two stars is to harsh. I left upset hence the 3 stars. Once out of 3 times eating here and ordering the same, there was a strange coconut smell and taste on the chicken and it wasn’t crispy. I disliked and didn’t eat it. What upset me is: I got a flat white in a mug(!) and they have nice cups. It was not served immediately, so the foam got separated from the coffee. Has nothing to do with the color. I tried to explain to the waiter, but he didn’t get it. Let’s try again: Coffee lovers do not drink their coffee in a mug, they want it served in a nice cup, porcelain or hand made ceramics. You drink NescafĂ© in a mug or pickwick tea. Like with wine, wine lovers do not drink wine in a mug or a waterglas. As a serious coffee place (and Copper serves good coffee IF they serve it immediately) they should take their business seriously and if they’re out of cups, wash them. I’ll wait for that. It is the respect for coffee. It is a moment to cherish. Or if the cups are out say: sorry, cups are out. explain. Anyway waiters were not sympathetic. Earlier I had the waitresses. They are friendlier. See it as an learning. And be nice to your customers, then they will be nice to you. You got a nice place, but there is room for improvement.

A great spot for brunch/breakfast in Valencia. The sign for a pumpkin spiced latte caught my eye so we had to try! The latte was good but the coffee didn’t have much pumpkin taste to it—but had pumpkin spice topping which was nice! We ordered two bagels which were super soft and homemade with seeds on top—definitely try a bagel! I had the egg, bacon, and avocado bagel that came with a spicy sauce. The spicy sauce was a nice touch to the sandwich that I really enjoyed—it isn’t too spicy just FYI! I’m a bit particular about bacon (as a Texan I have been spoiled) so the bacon at Copper was good but I prefer it a bit crispier! Again—just my preference! Also, the portion sizes are HUGE so come hungry! Don’t miss out on their pastries either they are homemade, super moist, and delicious! đŸ¶ They are dog friendly on their terrace which has a lot of shade AND inside! So bring your furry friends along!

I recently visited Copper Coffee on Calle Burriana 12, and I must say, it will be one of my go-to spots for a taste of fall in sunny Valencia. Despite the warm October weather in Spain, I couldn't resist trying everything pumpkin spice. The iced pumpkin spice latte was a refreshing surprise, perfectly balancing the autumn flavors with the heat outside. And let's talk about the pumpkin spice plum cake - an absolute delight! The slice was generously moist and simply pumpkin spice heaven. The coffee was exceptional, showcasing just the right mix of flavors that complemented my fall-inspired treats. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff made the experience even better. If you're a pumpkin spice enthusiast like me, this is the place to be, no matter the weather!

There are many new breakfast spots in Valencia, but COPPER is on another level! First of all, the coffee is incredibly delicious, and the food is outstanding—always fresh and full of flavor.

My husband ordered the bagel with eggs, bacon, and spicy sauce, and he was blown away. He’s usually hard to impress when it comes to food, but this was one of his favorite breakfast meals in a long time. My 12-year-old, who’s a very picky eater, had the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon—and she finished every last bite! She said it was the best eggs Benedict she’s ever had in Valencia. As for me, I tried the shakshuka with spinach, and it was absolutely incredible.

Another outstanding breakfast experience, plus the staff is super sweet and welcoming. Thank you, COPPER—we’ll...
