Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Valencia

The cashier was fairly nice but did not know anything about his own menu and kept having to ask about everything and made us wait for quite a while. I asked for a drink cup to fill it up with ice tea, they charged me, gave me the cup and there wasn’t even any ice tea in the freaking machine. And when I asked them about it, they just said “sorry” like I paid 2 and a half euros for this! At least refund me!! AND WORST OF ALL, I ASKED FOR A CHICKEN PIZZA. I made sure there wasn’t any bacon in it on the menu because I don’t eat pork and they literally put bacon on a pizza that didn’t even have bacon on it on the menu! Like it’s not even like I asked for a bacon pizza without the bacon- THERE WAS NO BACON TO BEGIN WITH! Why are you even bothering to put a list of the ingredients of the pizza if you’re not even gonna follow it! Like what are you just making up recipes on the spot? They didn’t even...

The pizza was good, as it was always at domino's(thats why I'm giving 2 stars out of 5). The problem was with the waitress. She didn't let us order 2 medium pizzas for 7,50€/each(she said it was not possible, for only 2 persons), instead she insisted we order a family one for the same price. (a total of 15€, for my wife and I) It was not the same thing. After we received the family pizza, another couple came into the restaurant and the same waitress served them, with the same price 7,50€/each, but now it was ok to bring them two medium pizzas...why? I understand the fact that we are visitors from another country, but we can speak basic spanish and english. And we understand spanish just fine. We've been to other domino's in Spain and we always could order two medium pizzas for 7,50 € each. Felt a little...

Pésima experiencia! Le doy 1 estrella porque no puedo darle 0. El peor Domino's Pizza de Valencia. Las pizzas no se correspondía con el pedido realizado. De la calidad de las pizzas ni hablar. La masa finísima llego quemada e inflada, con poca crema fresca, realmente lo que llegó fue una galleta. Las que tenían masa pan, ¡que decir! Sin salsa, sin ingredientes casi, la masa no estaba bien hecha. Si fuera el propietario del establecimiento revisara estos temas. Cobraron un menú a una niña por pasarse un 1 cm de la medida. OJO: andaba disfrazada de princesa con zapatos altos. Bastaba quitarle los zapatos para que midiera lo establecido, pero decidimos pagar ante la poca amabilidad, cortesía y empatía de las camareras. Final de la historia: la niña ni probó la pizza tal como le dijimos a las camareras. Cuando nos disponíamos a comer, la hecatombe, hubo una pizza que nunca llegó, la reclamamos varias veces a varias personas y siguió sin llegar. No hubo COMPENSACIÓN NINGUNA por las molestias ocasionadas. El horno tenía problemas y no nos lo notificaron (las pizzas tardaron una eternidad, 40 min aprox).

En resumen: un servicio DECEPCIONANTE, mala organización, poca o ninguna atención al cliente y nula empatía. Una experiencia que, lamentablemente, no recomiendo en absoluto.

Por cierto: Yolanda Hoyos ha dejado un comentario totalmente fuera de lugar. Mencionando a niños maleducados y camareras pacientes. Con respecto a tu comentario de tirar las pizzas a la cara, pues ya eso dice mucho de una persona, OJO: habían niños en el grupo, les tirarías las pizzas también a ellos? Sabes lo que haría cualquier madre/padre en ese caso, verdad? Y por favor, no opines de la educación de los demás cuando andas diciendo que les tirarías la pizza por la cara a las personas. Quien es la maleducada acá? Es muy fácil criticar/hablar sin dar la cara. Además, no se qué pizzas has comido pero si las de anoche 1 de noviembre te gustaron ya me hago la idea de cuáles han sido.
