What an atrocious experience! Maybe if you're native to Spain, it's more okay. But for us as tourist this was not okay. First of all, none of the staff speaks English; which is ofc okay, we're in Spain after all, but sadly no effort is made to break the language barrier and give any kind of explanation what so ever.

The staff was also very nonchalant: we were constantly stared at, but smiling is something they have no knowledge of. At four times food was brought to our table that we didn't order. At some point our menus were taken of the table, even though we wanted to order something more.

The general atmosphere was also quite appalling: there was no music playing, only an electronic device in the restaurant constantly beeping. I feel like the other guests had a similar feeling, since no-one was really talking.

Last but not least; the food! They started by serving us red wine, which was cooled?!?!? What tf where they thinking?!?!? The rest of the food was mediocre at best. Although it must be said that some of the fried stuff was nice; I think they should consider changing their business into a snackbar instead of this so called...

I've waited for a week to try to understand and I still don't. My family came about 20:05 , i 5 minutes after their opening in order to use their buffet and expecting it would be fast. To our shock my family was greated with asking if we reserved and saying that it is ok to sit at the table we choose. Then waitress left to join other big table in the room, as we understand now with all the personnel, where they had their supper. I understand they are people and need to nurture, but I don't understand why it should be in working hours while my family with 2 my small kids should have been watching them eating for 10 min while we weren't neather warned about delay in service nor suggected at least water. We left, and staff tried to reason us to stay saying that it woukd be just 10 minutes more. The most outrageous service...

The food was excellent, the service was great, the price was one price as advertised for the buffet service. Order all you want, as many times as you like for the same price. Write it down on a piece of paper and they bring it to you momenterally. The meat choices are plentiful (fish, chicken, duck, beef etc) as are the rice and noodle dishes.

The language barrier is only a problem if you're ignorant of the country you're in, we spoke very little Spanish but still managed to communicate well with the staff.

If we had to complain about anything it would be the lack of air conditioning for those of us that are unused to the temperatures (we're from a cold wet...
