Goiko — Restaurant in Valencia

Amazing food! So we started with the teques and then proceeded to get our burgers (wifey ordered a custom one with regular cow meat, my cousin went with the best seller “Kevin Bacon” and myself with the “Kevin chick” - gotta say these are the best hamburgers we’ve had in town (and we have tried several places here) we all picked the “papas rústicas” as a side for our main dishes (great flavor, not too salty , right in the middle) .

Zero waiting time (it was 7:30pm on Sunday perhaps is packed other time of the day).

Something pretty bad happened with the management of this place. Burned and cold food was served to us, and It took like forever to have the food on our table. The hamburgers and salad we ordered wasn't tasty, we were 4 people and all of us were complaining about the food and the service quality. 3 waitress attended us, and two of them were very rude from the beginning. Even though we had a reservation for a table for two and even though we had asked for a table close to the window, we ware given a table away from the window, in the middle of a corridor. We asked the waiter for a specific table close to the window, which was not taken or for another table closer to the window. The waiter was rude and refused to satisfy us, even though there were many free tables. And not only this, but the couple that was just behind us was given the table we had asked for.
