DEFINITELY NOT DOG FRIENDLY. I arrived at the restaurant at about 2.30 PM in the middle of the heatwave in summer. I went in to ask if I was allowed in with my doggie. No good afternoon, no welcome no nothing. They rejected me with a blunt "no dogs allowed in here". I responded if I could seat outside, and outside I was allowed. Nothing was set outside, but the tables and chairs. It took them forever to serve me. I especifically asked mushroom/ no ham, they recommended a pizza that actually had ham... I had to give it to my dog (happiest dog on earth) Pizza wasn't bad (after I removed the ham I didn't want). The owner or manager, the same unwelcoming one, protested when I asked for more napkins, since both the bottle and glass were sweating because of the tremendous heat, and when I finally finished my lunch, I could have left without paying, because after they picked up my plate, they never came back to check on me.... Interesting, the waiter went: it's really hot, today, right? (yes, you tell me! I wasn't allowed in with the dog) really not noticing my or my dog's pain, he went on... "yeah, but it's really hot." -I know, tell me about it.... He insisted once again "what a shame, right?"
DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK! Pizza...
Read moreWe made a reservation online and arrived to learn that we had to make a different, specific reservation to eat on the terrace.
They did not have the wine I asked for or the appetizer we tried to order. Their menu did not match what was online, there were missing options.

The entire dining area smelled of cheap truffle oil, which is a very strong, funky smell.
The service took 1 hour 40 minutes for 3 plates of food and some wine. My partner asked to take his remaining pizza home and the waitress said it was thrown away, so we could not take it.
Even the cafe bombon was only a small pour of espresso with a packet of condensed milk.
I understand it was a busy night, but this is not...
Read moreFood was very basic. Prices for menu del día fair. That being said manager needs to learn how to run a NEW restaurant. Waitress came up took our drink order first, then asked which menu we were going to do and we told her. When we went to pay she had charged my drinks and said they did not apply to meal at which point I said she had never told me that, we would have ordered something else. She was lovely, went to get the manager. When manager came out she lectured me about giving me the credit this one time! I said this wasn't my fault and she wouldn't let it go saying it was my fault and she would do me this favor this one time. What is wrong with restaurant owners not understanding we just don't go back. Manager needs to learn customer service! Very...
