We arrived hungry and left even hungrier. When we tried to order, the staff ignored us every time (including the manager). After asking several times, it took half an hour until they took our order. After 2 more hours, the food had still not arrived. When we asked the manager, she told us they had run out, in a tone that made it sound like it was our fault for waiting so long, with no apology. She then blamed it on another waiter and screamed at him, which created very bad vibes. We then waited for another fourth minutes to pay. Wholeheartedly recommend going there. Food is out of this world. We had a great service and got great advice on what to eat. My Spanish is not great so we got detailed menu description in English. Visitamos El Muelle, ubicado en la antigua fábrica de muelles en la calle Quart, esquina con Turia, y solo podemos decir: ¡una auténtica joya en el corazón de Valencia!

Desde que entras, el ambiente te atrapa: acogedor, con una decoración con mucha personalidad que mezcla historia industrial con toques modernos. La atención del personal fue sencillamente excepcional. Nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos desde el primer momento hasta que salimos, siempre atentos y con una sonrisa.

La comida, espectacular. Todo lo que probamos estaba delicioso, con sabores bien trabajados y una presentación cuidada. Se nota el mimo en la cocina y el gusto por hacer las cosas bien. Además, la relación calidad-precio es difícil de superar: por lo que pagas, comes de maravilla y te llevas una experiencia redonda.

Sin duda, un sitio para repetir y recomendar. ¡Gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa! Da gusto encontrarse bares que cuidan los detalles, que los empleados llevasen banderas LGTBI en las pulseras o en pegatinas, te hace sentirte en un lugar seguro, donde sólo cabe disfrutar y relajarse
