Nice location, but the staff was not friendly, and the taste of the paella was way below average.

Without ordering bread, they placed hard bread on our table, which no one wanted to eat as we did not order it and it was as stiff as a rock. It was placed on our bill, and we asked them to remove it because we never ordered the bread and did not eat it either.

They seemed quite annoyed about this and removed the bread from the bill but instead added to the bill that we needed to pay for the napkins and tablecloth. They threw the bill on the table as if they did not care, which was quite rude for our guests to experience.

We also felt pressured by the staff to leave the restaurant as they seemed more interested in mass production and having the table available for the next guests.

We live in Valencia and have never had such an experience, and we were never charged (on the 2nd bill) to use their napkins and tablecloth.

We...

Biggest tourist trap ever! We didn't leave only because we were super tired and starving. We sat at a table, after half an hour they brought us a sad slice if bread that we didn't ask for. No butter or oil next to it. We didn't touch it but it came out these 2 slices were charged 5 euros. They didn't bring a menu so we ordered by memory from the entrance board. We had a paella for 2 which arrived after 1 hour! The content of the huge pan was barely enough for one person. For that and one beer we had to pay 50 euros. Theft! The waiter didn't know any word in English and had super dirty hands, black under his nails. When the food finally arrived we were disturbed twice. Once because they needed one of our chairs and then because the wanted to completely move us with the table and everything, which we refused. I am sorry we didn't left. Do yourself a favor and...

Absolutely atrocious !!! We have been visiting Valencia, twice a year, for the last three years. In all that time, we have enjoyed a lot of incredible food & some OK, passable dishes. However, we have never had such a negative experience in any restaurant or bar in all of our experience. The service was unbelievably bad ( greeted by a waiter who promised us "the earth" & then vanished for half an hour, whilst we waited for a menu), the food we ordered was practically inedible (also waited a further 3o minutes after we ordered, to eventually be told that the fried fish we had requested, wasn't available), and finally incredibly overpriced; €90 for 4 beers, a soft drink & 5 tapas dishes. Abandon all hope, ye who enter here !!! Awful tourist trap of the worst possible kind. Should be shut down completely, as soon as...

The server who was at our table was really like if he doesn’t care that we were there, when we get there we say it was to drink something but they never gave us the drinks menu that after a while being there we discover exist. We needed to wait a lot for the bill. Customer service is the most important thing in a restaurant and I felt like it doesn’t matter the clients you have you should treat them well, not because they’re tourist and you’re not going to see them you should be like I don’t care. Also we ask for beer and they offer just 1 brand. ANYWAY I’m NOT a tourist, I’m a citizen working with tourist and I will make sure that they don’t go to this place. EXPENSIVE and bad customer service. 3 starts because the food was good, my congrats to the kitchen. Cheeseburguer with fries 9.90€

My partner and I decided to stop for lunch after a wonderful walk in the beautiful city of Valencia. We found this place and looked very nice from outside, we ordered drinks, a starter and one Paella. The Paella was horrible very salty, sticky and burnt. He also charged us for 2 portions rather than one. We were supposed to pay for one Paella €21 but he charged €42 but we ordered only one. The final bill was €70 and we were expecting maximum €45. I think this place is very bad for the reputation of this beautiful city. We wouldn’t expect to see this in Spain. We are usually very careful when we travel somewhere outside the EU but to get it here in Valencia is very disappointing. Please don’t fall for this trap.

One star goes to the fresh orange juice, Worst place I visited in Valencia so far, I ordered Pina Colada and it didn’t taste anything close to that. Then made an order for dinner, and waited for more than half an hour before I asked about my order to find out that my order want processed and I needed to wait almost before the order came. Again the food was a complete disappointment! The safest part was when I asked for a table lining like how the provide with every new coming customer for dinner/ lunch, to be surprised that my table was the only one that got covered by paper menu. I’ll definitely never go back!
