Gino Banana — Restaurant in Valencia

We've been once before and enjoyed the gluten free and vegan options. The service was "ok" the first time, although the waitress spent most of her time sitting at a table where her friends were eating.

We tried to repeat today and had a horrible experience with the service. It says on Google that it opens at 18.00. We arrived at 18.05 and the woman opening the restaurant seemed annoyed and said she needed 10 more minutes to set up the chairs and the chef would arrive in 20 minutes. We came back about 15 minutes later to get a table and asked if we could order drinks. Again, she was annoyed, stating that we were ruining her cigarette break. (With a little smile... But still we couldn't order drinks).

After 18.35 and after the chef arrived, she said we could order drinks now. We asked if we could order food as well, but they said the oven would need at least another 30 minutes to heat up... It would be great if they would have told us that when we arrived at 18h, so we could have found somewhere else to eat instead of waiting to be turned down again and again.

We like their sister restaurant because it's a nice option for eating early in the neighborhood, but we definitely won't be back to...

A great place for some delicious food! They opened recently and when we went to check it out they did not disappoint! The pizzas were amazing and everyone was so kind and friendly ✨ I particularly love that as a vegan you're going to have some good food!

The place is really beautiful with amazing art pieces on the walls and different spaces where you can sit down to eat or enjoy a drink with friends and family. There's a whole little section for kids with a play kitchen and other cute toys and things for them to enjoy so that's great! The bathrooms were really clean and well kept all night long so that was much appreciated!

This place takes after la finestra and another place in cabanyal (el finestar). The concept is great where you get drinks and simply order the number of pizzas you want. This one unfortunately is not as good as the others. Seems to be a place where if you are friends with the staff, you get treated better and served much faster. If you are fine waiting a long time for food (almost 1 hour for 2 mini pizzas) this place is ok but would rather recommend the others instead of this one. It is well located but not worth the time...
